Surprisingly unprofessional service. Plus, why am I not allowed to pick up my dog between 12 – 2 pm? Seems sketchy. I’d rather leave my dog somewhere where I can pick them up whenever I need to and I trust the staff. I made a big mistake considering this place as a doggy day care facility for my beloved dogs due to convenience of location after getting relocated for work. I have decided to drive the extra mileage out of my way to leave them with the trusted doggy day care staff that they originally had been going to.

We have three Australian Shepard’s and come here once a month to get groomed. I drive past 4 other shops that are within a mile of my house to take my dogs here. All I can say customer service is amazing and they are very nice to the dogs and get them done in a timely manner. Have nothing but positive things to say about this place and will continue to use them. Oh and the dogs look absolutely gorgeous whenever they are done with them that get complaments every time I take them to the dog parks. Keep up the good work

We’ve always had good luck with them! The dogs LOVE spending the night and day care and they are always worn out when they come home. I like that they offer baths as well. A little expensive, but hopefully when established more, price will come down.

Valerie walks aggressive, out of control dogs off leash in leashed areas while talking on her cell phone. One such dog attacked two separate groups of hikers, destroying property, and threatening other dogs. No apology, no attempt to leash or control the dog. Extremely unprofessional and unsafe, both for hikers and for other dogs. Beware.

Place is filthy and they crate your dog far more than is necessary. It’s not as fun for your dog as you think.

I’ve been taking my fur babies to Send Rover on Over for several years. I can’t express enough how much I love them! Both of my dogs get so excited and know all of the turns my car makes to get there. They start pacing and whining to get out about 1 mile away. When I open the car door to take them out they both rush trying to push the other out of the way as to say «me first»! The staff is amazingly loving and greet us with smiles and enthusiasm. You know they all just love these dogs. The owner Val is an expert in all things doggie related. She is a masterful trainer and truly loves all fur babies like they are her own. I never have to worry when I leave them in her hands.

Mabel loves this place. She’s so tired when I get her home she sleeps though out the night and is so much better with other dogs. I personally love this place.

My dog, Freddy, LOVES Send Rover On Over and so do I! The daycare is great. I feel so good leaving Freddy there. He has so much fun. The staff is very caring.

I highly recommend this place super friendly staff and knowledgeable. The dog trainer Karla is amazing hands-​down super friendlyand gives you a ton of advice about your dog anytime you need it so I highly recommend having your dog trained with her because she was super knowledgeable about your pet. They take great care of my dog and I don’t worry about him a blink if I need to board him or take him for a day of play. My dog has a great time at Send Rover Over but after a visit, he does revert back to some bad habits, namely humping other dogs and jumping up on people, both of which we have worked very hard to train out of him. Other than that, they do a great job. Clean facility and caring people who love dogs!

I have a dog that has never been trained before and is not always friendly with people she doesnt know. Well valeri came over to help me train my bella. Bella loved her. She handles dogs wonderful. Valeri has such confidence in what she does it really shows with her teaching. Bella learned more today then I thought she ever would. Im so grateful for her training me also. This is a wonderful business.

My dog and I both love Val and her team. I’ve used both occasional daycare and their overnight boarding and I know Jeremy has a great time with his other mommies because when I pick him up he’s happy but not anxious. They keep a close eye on him and give every dog really special attention to cater to their needs. Highly recommended service!

I have been above and beyond happy with the services received here for our dog. The stuff is incredibly friendly and genuinely wants the best for us and our dog. They are welcoming, friendly, incredibly sincere and you can tell they all love their job.
The free puppy play is great. Carla has helped us so much with all of her techniques and educating us on how to provide our puppy with the best socialization and various training techniques. Her interactions with the dogs and owners are really impressive.
We have been taking classes with Carla as well and our dog has learned so much and we have learned so much as well.
The doggie daycare is so great. Our boy always has a great time and loves going to hang out with his people and dog friends.

These guys are great. The only free puppy play time I was able to find. My Great Dane is now 2 ½ but from 3 months to 6 months he was very well socialized with all sizes of dogs. The staff was very knowledgeable and helped with many of my questions. I am very excited to start some more classes here in the future.

I love Send Rover on Over, but more importantly, my dog loves them. I feel so good dropping her off there, knowing how happy she is, whether it is for boarding or day care. Everyone who works there seems like they really love dogs, and they always remember me, too, which is nice.
I used to use a pet sitter when I traveled, but then your dog only gets maybe 20 minutes a day of people time. At Send Rover on Over, they play all day, so they are worn out to get good sleep.
Valeri loves dogs and it shows. She has definite opinions about dog training, leashes, collars, etc., but it’s backed up by evidence, so I trust her judgment. My dog and I have taken a training class, which is based on only positive reinforcement, and it has made my dog and I have a much closer bond.

They have sleep over parties! Big dog and little dog sections. Fun toys that stimulate my crazy dog to focus. An amazing groomer. And a cool retail section.
They’ve been in Ventura for about ten years now and just get better with time.
Valeri is a high energy lady who really gets dogs and realizes how important they are in our lives. She’s one of the best trainers in the region and offers tons of different classes.
The dogs really love it here. The daycare attendants are really loving but also make sure all the dogs are safe and under constant supervision. They’re like my dog’s aunties.
The greatness of Send Rover on Over can be seen through the people who started bringing their dogs here when they were puppies, and are still doing so years later!
The application process might seem cumbersome (proof of vaccines/​spay/​neuter, application about the dog, assessment), but it’s proven to ensure that the daycare is a safe place for dogs to not have to worry about separation anxiety or restlessness.

I take my chihuahuas here and when I get them back they are fresh, clean, and happy little girls. The staffs kindness and experienced makes the place a nurturing environment for my doggies.

This place is disgusting. We will never bring our dog back there again. We brought our dog there as a puppy and we were never happy. The owner has an attitude, she is more interested in her dog training then the dog day care. I own a retail business and their customer service sucks. There are so many rules on how and when you drop your dog off. We only went there because it was the only day care in town at the time. Karla was great, she did the puppy play. (that was the only reason we went back) Beware of this place, it is not clean or updated. If you don’t believe me go find out for yourself.

Christine was so nice! My doggie, who is more like my child, had a flea issue. They took her right away and were done in about an hour. Very friendly service, affordable, and they did a great job. When I went back to get my pooch her tail was wagging and I could tell she loved her groomer. I will definitely be back.

My dog, Dodger, would give Send Rover on Over two thumbs up, if he had thumbs! He definitely gives them 5 wags (as good as it gets!). He loves the gals who work there and comes home happy and TIRED!
