Really dissapointed in this place today… i had an appointment and still had to wait 30 minutes to get started… water had to be reheated twice. Khai gives great massages & did ok on pedi, did NOT get my scheduled Mani bcus it was already an hour after closing by the time they finished my pedi due to wait time etc… The lady who they assigned to my daughter rushed so much, was slamming things around and made my 12 year old feel like she did something wrong. Upon paying, I let the owner know I was dissapointed due to wait and i didnt get my Mani and she rolled her eyes at me and said «Oh»…
WoW… she didn’t even care, bother to apologize at all or at least lie that she was sorry. Well I don’t recognize bad behavior Wether you’re grown or a child, so I tipped Khai for his effort at least, but not the lady… I guess they’re so busy they don’t care if you return???

Best best best nail spa ever!!! My sister, neighbor, and I had the spa pedicure. It was our first visit there. It was worth every penny to get the top of the line pedicure. How can we go anywhere else? Wow. Everyone there was so nice. We felt amazing during and after our visit. Nobody can top this place!!! If you haven’t tried it… you’ll regret it! Absolutely AMAZING experience.

Ever just have one of those weeks where you wake up late on a Monday morning and by Friday afternoon you realize you were on time exactly one time for anything all week? That was my week. Granted, I am accorded lots of leeway with my companions but prefer to be at the agreed upon place at the agreed upon time. Gotta keep up that façade of being professional (anyone that knows me well knows there was an eye roll here).
«Man makes plans; God laughs.» was on repeat all week and I knew better than to call my usual pedi place and book an appointment; some event would prevent me from getting there on time. By Friday afternoon when the-I’m-running-late-can-you-work-some-more call came I just laughed. Apparently, I wasn’t the only one experiencing this phenomenon.
6PM on a Friday night I didn’t have much hope but only being one street over, figured it was worth a shot and headed to Jessica’s Nails & Spa.
Picked a color and got settled with Lisa straightaway, spied the gel colors, was inundated with choice, and began to feel the stress of the week slip away. Went with the Classic Deluxe for $ 38 and was delighted with the attention Lisa paid to the problem areas-​heels and assorted dry places I can only imagine are from sneakers. The leg massage really perked me up and the hot towels were heavenly. Felt so darn good also got the eyebrows done.
Jessica’s is pricier than I’m accustomed to but I’d go again just to relax after a stressful week.

Theo is great!!! I have horribly short bitten nails and he made my hands look beautiful! Not only was my experience getting acrylics quick but everyone was very friendly. I’ll be back!

I didn’t get polish so I asked for just a buff just so it looks nice they charge extra five bucks! Then Cathy cuts my nails crooked! This was my last pedicure before bootcamp. Super bummed 22 bucks for terrible service. Didn’t even clean my nails.

I discovered this gem of a nail salon a year ago and will not go anywhere else. They are clean and professional and LUANN is AMAZING at what she does. I get so many compliments on my nails after I’ve visited Luann. This is the best nail salon in Ventura, hands down!

I’m very disappointed with my gel nails here, and I had high expectations after hearing recommendations from friends, and the Unilocal reviews. While Jessica nails is a beautiful nail salon with great customer service, the nail service was subpar. The gel manicure I left with, has ridged nail tips. Some of my nails are shaped square, some are round. And one nail has a noticeable bump on it. I think it’s a top coat dribble. Also, Jessica nails charges $ 5 more for a gel manicure. With so much competition I’m shocked by this bad nail job. I will not be back, there is no redeeming qualities.

So happy with my experience. Had to post! Clean, bright atmosphere. I came in for a nail touch up after my usual nail place messed up my gel manicure. Phillip fixed my nails for me free of charge and was super funny and friendly. Would definitely recommend!

I am beyond happy and satisfied with this place, I’ve never felt so comfortable, their customer service is awesome, the first time I went in and saw Jessica she did an awesome job hands down, but today my visit was more then satisfying. I went in wanting Halloween nail design. Danny just made my expiernce even better I showed him a picture of what I wanted, hands down he topped it! I couldn’t be any happier with place, not to mention they do matte gel acrylic so of course I went for it. They have an amazing and big selection on gel and nail polish. I recommend this place with no hesitations! Ask for Danny he’s amazing, and very social funny guy. They make you feel so welcomed!

I arrived with two 10 year old girls to get our nails done. They both got super cute designs that they downloaded from Pinterest — and it only cost me $ 10 each. I got a spa package which was around the going rate. I found the nail polish lasts approximately 2 – 3 weeks which is much longer than where I normally go (usually that job lasts 3 – 4 days). I will return and highly recommend for a great polish. I also got my eyebrows waxed in the back room. It was a decent job, too. Back rooms are never that comfortable though.

I came in for a gel manicure on Tuesday, Lisa was the lady who did my manicure. She did a great job and it looked wonderful for about an hour, I went to the gym and the polish started cracking.
After 3 days my manicure looks terrible and like it’s been on for at least 10 days when it’s not even been a week.

Had an appointment Wednesday with Luann and John. Literally am so happy I decided to come here. After looking for a permanent nail tech for almost 3 years now, I found Luann. She is soooo sweet and did such an amazing job on my nails. they’re all even and perfect… just what I wanted.
My pedicure was done by John. And can I just say, what a massage! I highly recommend them both. Big thank you to the owner Phillip because he is such a nice person. Greeting everyone in the salon individually and making sure each had what they needed. 5 stars!!!

I came here last Saturday with my sister, and four year old niece. The three of us were able to walk in, pick nail colors and then get manicures without having appointments.
The staff was super nice, the price is inexpensive and we all love our nails. I will absolutely be returning the next time I am in town.

My first time there and I am DEFINITELY going to be regular there.
I was sat right away with Kim doing a great job on my pedicure. She was gentle, did not tickle me and her massage was epic!
Lily did my manicure, perfect to what was in my mind! I love that she has OCD when shaping my nails! I am very happy with my visit. Can not wait to see these ladies again!
