Always professional and does a great job!

Called them to detect a leak. They came out on time and tried to find the leak, however we have a 6″ jet pipe that they were not aware about and didn’t have the right plug for it but somehow managed to plug the pipe. They looked for the leak for 2 hours and no luck. They were apologetic and didn’t charge for the service.

Kenton gets maximum+ rating from me and all future/​repeat business.

If every company was as good and honest as Aquaman there would be no need for the Better Business Bureau. They were so professional and nice from the first phone call on. I seriously cannot say better things about them. 5 stars all the way around!

Nothing but praise for Aquaman. He stands by his word. He had to make several visits as we thought we’d fixed it the first time, were wrong, had a couple of other pool/​filter/​drain cover issues to deal with before we could narrow it down, find and fix the leak — but he never complained and never charged more than the initial visit. Would highly recommend him to anyone.

I read the great reviews and decided to have Aquaman come out for a second opinion when we noticed our pool was losing too much water too fast. The first leak detection company, I felt, was not very thorough in their evaluation. Kenton came out and got in the pool and discovered a crack in the light fixture area, which the first company did not find! Kenton used epoxy and patched up the crack and gone was the leak! The leak was fixed and I wasn’t even charged extra for it! On top of that, a week later, Kenton emailed me to make sure that the pool was still holding water. And it was! A+++ for service, customer satisfaction, price, and professionalism.

Kenton arrived on time & inspected the surface equipment for leaks. He then put on a wetsuit & tested the pool for leaks. He is professional & honest, he explained in detail what I needed to know. If you have a leak he will find it!

Kenton came out to my house today to give me a second opinion on the recommendations made by another leak detection service. He gave the full treatment which included going into the pool with a wet suit to search for cracks, etc. He was very thorough, took the time to explain everything and he was responsive and timely for the appointment. He was at my house for two hours and still gave me a discount because he felt bad that I had already paid another company to do the same thing. I still need to have work done but I have peace of mind because I got the opinion from a trustworthy company.

Les came out to asses my pool problem and couldn’t find any leaks in my pool. He didn’t charge me anything for coming out to look at the pool. I offered him gas money for making the trip to my house from the westside and he wouldn’t take it. These are really stand up and honest guys!

I Just purchased the home. Had paperwork of the pool having a leak detection showing a leak, then repaired, and then leak detection done again by same company (AMERICAN LEAK DETECTION) showing «no leaks».
4 months later, I own the home, haven’t moved in yet… THERE’S A LEAK!
Desperate and needed someone asap, I called the same company AMERICAN LEAK DETECTION. Technician came out, did a pressure test on the plumbing. Then went to the return port of the pool where it was obvious for a leak. He did the dye test, found the leak there, and wanted to call it a day! What the heck!?? I insisted he check other areas like the light, skimmer, and drain. He said «I already checked it the last time I was here, it’s not leaking» «I’ve been doing this for 13 years, trust me». Then he told me to patch the leak myself with epoxy because they will charge me $ 150 to do it, and no warranty. The leak detection took 20 minutes of his time. And… he didn’t even get his elbows wet!!!
So I patched it myself, and sure enough, water level was still dropping daily.
AQUAMAN to the rescue!
Came the very next day that I called him. Very nice guy name Kenton. He spends about 2 hours at my place!!! First he does the walk around and visual check. And simply using a mirror, he finds a crack on the upper inside of my return port. Then he went in the pool, full suite and oxygen tank and all. He probably spent more time IN the pool testing than out. Dye tested every port or crevice that showed crack or deterioration down to the very bottom main drain. Thoroughly inspecting everything with flashlight. He finds a leak inside the light housing. What does he do??? He goes and patches all… and I mean ALL of the cracked or nicked areas for me!!! DIDN’T EVEN HAVE TO ASK! And then he rechecks with the dye test. Keep in mind, that if you asked American Leak Detection to re-​check your repaired work, it’s another $ 150.
I got to know Kenton a little better in that 2 hours he spent at my pool. Now this is a guy that actually likes his job. You can tell with the time he spends looking at the details and going the extra mile while he’s in the pool. He’s very nice and easy to approach, unlike the «other» company. I tipped him aside from his fee. I’ve never done that for ANY service I’ve called upon. This is LEGIT guys. I will definitely refer him to everyone I know with a pool. Thank you Kenton.

Great service! Very professional and gets job done. Found the leak quickly. I don’t see using anyone else for leak detention.
