Established in 2013.

Tyler Avery-​Thornhill graduated from Idyllwild Arts Academy (with several honors) where he then relocated to Orange County. There he received his Real Estate license after attending Saddleback College and was under the tutelage of Kerry Williams, Real Estate Consultant and Ex Vice President of the Irvine Company as well as Clement Partners, Inc., a boutique Real Estate Investment & Syndication Firm, where he hung his license for just around two years before making the move to Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage.

Tyler was raised in Mendocino County California on his family’s vineyard, aptly named «La Ribera,» which borders the scenic Russian River. Tyler defines hard work by «Watching his Stepfather wake each morning at 5:00, not to return until 6:30 at night».
