Staples Copy and Print Shop

It’s closed but this page still exists. I spent lots time to go there but none there. Don’t go there!!! Someone must refresh this page.

I like this place. I work at a dental office down the street and often need office supplies. It’s very convenient for me. They typically have a decent selection. The staff is nice and helpful as well. They even have a rewards card which I love. Sadly I think this location is closing but it was good while it lasted!

I needed to do my resume and fast so I can go out and do my work.
I spent $ 5 to prepare my resume and didn’t spend much time here.
I am off to finally go turn in my application. After a few years… I finally made it!!!

Jose Curiel is wonderful to work with! He went above and beyond to assist me in making sure I had everything I needed while I was in the store. Thank you, Jose!

The person who attend me didn’t know nothing about printing, about paper, about sizes, and about their own products. She was traying to sell me a print for $ 11, and I started to ask her lot of times if there was a posibility about a cheeper option, and after 10 minutes she told me «oh yes, there is the same size por $ 2». And then I had to wait 1:30 hs just for 10 copies, and at this moment no one was using the printers!
The printings were ok, but so bad place to print.

These guys are incredibly professional and cool to work with, I really appreciate the prices and the fact they are easy to place orders with. From Jimmy, Butts, JR, and everyone else there very good at their job.

As a local business owner, this place ROCKS. I adore Morgan and Keia. They are competent and patient. The staff are QUICK to return emails and even QUICKER to complete projects for us. I can not say enough good things about this location, the staff, the convenience and the overall satisfaction I find here. I literally email the store with a request and they can handle it in a matter of hours, not to mention they interact with you and get to know you as a customer.

NOT a good place to grab something if u are in a rush. They waste time with small talk when there is a line up of customers. I know they consider this good customer service, but it’s the complete opposite. A smaller version of staples should be equivalent to a 7 – 11 store vs a grocery store. They should get you in and out of here and they certainly don’t do that.

Anyone know how to make it zero stars? Terrible customer service, I don’t know who writes these reviews. Walked in and the staff didn’t even acknowledge me. Approached a staff member who was snobby and didn’t answer my question. Eventually I just walked out furious.

This place is wonderful. We went in with a 14 page bound booklet plus color cover, 250 copies, which had to be finished within a ridiculously short time. Not being tech savy, we arrived with the text in PDF form and the cover in a different format on a flash drive because we couldn’t figure out how to put them together in one PDF. No problem. We lucked out and got Michelle, the store manager to help, who put everything together for us, made some important corrections we wanted on the cover in terms of color and the border and gave us a great price. They finished the job a day a day early. She was so good that I wrote the CEO of Staples commending her. I would use them again in a heart beat.

Extremely efficient and easy .
Came in here to make copies of some precious old school photos ten minutes before closing, and we were on our way a couple minutes later after being told that it’d be ready the next day by 11am.
Everything came out great and on time.

I have received incredible service at this location and will forever be a loyal returning customer.
They are always very efficient, and when I place my orders online, they are usually done exponentially sooner than anticipated.

We printed a lot of random stuff here for our wedding, including wedding programs. They constantly suggest ways for us to save money (e.g. purchasing your own paper) and they do as much as they can to help you with your project. The customer service here is excellent! I spent so much time talking to them to get our stationery right. They might not have all the tools like some of these big print stores (like Printing Palace), but they are much more pleasant to deal with. They also get your stuff done relatively quickly!
Just to let you know, they do not have a folding machine (it must be hand folded), they cannot score card stock, and they do not have a corner rounder. If you can do without that stuff, this place is gold.

Went here to get something printed on business card paper. The tech Morgan there helped me and was very helpful. She continued to help me until it was just right. Even though it was a very long drawn out process. The store was well stocked for my purposes, the people were great. The only qualm i had was no working air conditioning if it had that would have been five stars.

Very helpful! I will always use their services! They saved me over $ 1000 making my wedding invitations!

This Staples Copy & Print Shop is a copy & printing gem!
I had a list of printing projects to get done in a few days time and the team at Staples Copy & Print Shop were brilliant, efficient, quick and friendly.
They understood what I needed done and created everything in store with a turn around time in 2 – 3 days.
If you’re looking for a quality print work for affordable prices and great service, go see the Staples at the corner of Lincoln and Washington Blvd!
Yvonne is a total sweetheart! Kind, Ginuwine and understanding! She listened and delivered all my projects with professionalism. She did the work as if it were her’s and that made me feel comfortable and happy that she cared about my satisfaction of the projects. They all turned up amazing!

I went here on Christmas eve eve and had a mission to get some copies made for an art project. The staff member went out of her way to make sure I had all the pieces in front of me to make the best decision possible.
Pros: amazing customer service, plenty of parking, reasonable pricing
Cons: nada!

Problem: How to hook up the Wii to the internet? Just got the Netflix disk to stream movies from the Wii to the TV instantly. The other alternative was to connect to the internet via ethernet.
Solution: Staples sent a 50% coupon for their grand opening promotion to residents in the area. Sweet Nectar!!! Picked out a Cisco Valet Wireless Router which was originally $ 89.99, and got it for half off!
Details: When looking for this place, I passed by it several times because I was looking for the signature huge red STAPLES sign. This is a Staples Copy and Print Center, and has a tiny sign, so it’s easy to miss. It mostly carries print and copy supplies and is a center for print services. It is located on the Northeast corner of Lincoln and Washington, right on the corner. They have a sizable lot in the back, which was pretty empty since they just opened for business.
Side note: Netflix direct to TV through the Wii is awesome.
