I have never had so much fun in my entire life! My sorority sisters and I took a trip down to the Venice Boardwalk for the day. It’s finally starting to get warm and sunny here, so we figured why not?! As we were walking, a woman with beautiful tattoos and long black hair (I wish I remembered her name – she was amazing!) talked us into renting Segway’s for two hours. She was very sweet, funny, and very knowledgable on everything regarding Venice she gave us advice on how to get around Venice and what we needed to see/​stop in and shop at. She also was VERY thorough when she taught us how to ride them and made sure we knew everything about the machines and safety before she allowed us to get on our way down the boardwalk. These machines are a great way to get down the boardwalk and see everything Venice and even Santa Monica has to offer! I recommend this place to anyone touring or just spending the day at the beach. :)

Wow, this was one of the coolest things I’ve tried. It feels so weird at first, but once you get the hang of it, it’s so fun. We weren’t planning to ride segways when we visited Venice, but the staff was so friendly and it was just a «what the heck» kind of moment. I’m so glad we tried it, I actually can’t wait to go back and do it again. We got to see so much more than just walking around. And it’s just the craziest experience. If you’re in the area just get on one. You will not regret it!

I wasn’t expecting to get on a Segway when I went to Venice, but I’m glad I did. My friends and I found this place when walking down the boardwalk. When we went in, the staff was very friendly and showed us how to move around on the segway. All my friends got the hang of it pretty easy and off we went to explore Venice!
This is a must try when going to Venice. I will be using them again!

So much fun Segway-​ing around venice beach! The staff took great care in teaching us how to ride and providing some great tips to make our experience even better. These segways are a great way to experience one of LA’s top attractions. People will be jealous and asking you where you got them. Have fun! We will be back.
