I have worked with Tim on a few different occasions as a homeowner. He is knowledgable and thorough, and has a great way of explaining things and putting details into context and perspective for me as a non construction related person. I have recommended him to friends and neighbors.

Tim was right on time, and very thorough. The condo, as inspected, did not have any carpet installed (i.e. just bare concrete), and he even tried to determine how thick the concrete is. Easy to work with and explained things well.

We’ve used them for two deals and are delighted with the comprehensive results. We really felt as though Tim was looking out for us. I would recommend them to anyone!

I know Tim through our Long Beach Gay & Lesbian Chamber of Commerce. He came to one of our meeting a few months ago to check us out. He joined the chamber and I have now used him on 3 – 4 physical inspections. The latest one was a condo in Bluff Park Neighborhood of Long Beach. What I like about his service is that he is very EASY to talk to and communication with. He is very good at explaining to my clients what they need to know about a home or condo they are purchasing. And he is very good at going out of his way to satisfy the clients. For example: the last inspection he did was a condo that is a corner unit and on the second floor of a building. The ceiling has cottage cheese and my clients were concerned about the heating in the ceiling and what they could with the ceiling with regard to putting in recessed lighting. Tim went to his car and had a simple meter that he could attach to his iPhone and see where there was radiant heat. It gave my clients an idea of what they were up against without having to call someone else to find out the information they needed. Finally, he gets the report back to me ASAP. This is very important to me because often times my clients review time frame is shorten by the sellers. All in all, Tim gets my business! I refer him exclusively to my clients.
