We are a general contracting company in Venice, California and enjoy helping others to visualize, design and ultimately enjoy living in a home they can be proud of. From kitchens, baths and simple additions to custom homes. We specialize in the «Period» and «Bungalow» styles of Venice. We haven’t moved in over 27 years but we have a new address mox​con​struc​tion​.com

Although we do not get involved with Green Demolition Certification we have for years done our best to be responsible on the manner in which we demo structures. We do limit what is thrown into landfills. Most reusable items such as doors, windows, cabinets, fixtures, electrical and plumbing and lumber has been transported to Mexico for use in the poor communities near Punta San Telmo, Ruben Jaramillo and Camalu in Northern Baja.

Established in 1982.

I have many fond memories while growing up, helping my dad as he worked away out in our garage building most of the furniture for our home along with many inventions he came up with over the course of my childhood.

We have been licensed in renovating and adding to homes in the Venice, Santa Monica, Malibu and South Bay areas since 1982. Prior to starting my own company I was able to learn my skills and acquire knowledge in the contracting business from some of the better contractors in the area. Much of my apprenticeship was under some of the best craftsmen in the world as I was fortunate enough to work for Barbara Streisand, during a four-​year project in the Malibu Hills. That opportunity taught me the importance of accuracy.
