Like so many people, my weight gradually increased every year. I got my wake-​up call while at my doctors office and was told I had very high blood pressure.

I have a busy lifestyle and needed something that was easy to follow and I liked the idea of meal replacements.

I lost 35 lbs in 10 weeks using the Medifast shakes, protein bars and other meals. The pancakes and brownies were my favorites!

After losing my weight so effortlessly, I decided to become a health coach and help others lose weight safely and quickly.

It has been a blast being a health coach. I decided to start a diet blog and needed a fun name. The name your diet diva came to me in the middle of the night, literally. It has been so much fun being a Diva!

I especially like the fact that my service can be offered as a free form of support to my clients.
