Established in 2013.
After years of encouragement from friends and family, Fred decided to pursue his dream to own his own bakery. With lots of hard work we have been able to establish this small neighborhood bakery with no significant debt.

Business Owner
Fred has been making people happy with his baking and cooking for many years. His prior experience includes preparing foods for churches, schools, clubs, and fund raisers. After many years in the construction field, he chose to take his hobby to the next level, and started researching what it would take to open a bakery; a dream we realized in August, 2013.
