I needed 400 photo cards for my office. I stopped in to place my order and was told I would get a call in a few hours. About 5 hours go by and no phone call. I decide to call in. No answer at photo. I then am somehow transferred to a manager who says he’ll transfer me to photo. I explain that I’d been on hold the past 5 minutes and assumed nobody would answer and that I just wanted to check the status of my order. His response was that they’re busy. No kidding! After being placed on yet another 5 minute long hold I’m told my order is ready. Picked up my photos and noticed that letters on either end had been cut off. Unfortunately our office waited until the last minute so we didn’t have time to correct the issue. Not thrilled with the customer service or the photo department.

My husband and I came into this Walgreen’s and instead of greeting us the manager on duty, Jonathan told us they were closing in ten minutes and rushed us. We knew what we were getting so we grabbed it and rushed to the register. The manager asked the cashier that was helping us how many people were still in the store and she said there was still a family left. He said out loud I have to go kick them out!. i had to ask the girl if that was really her manager talking like that. He did not seem to be fit for a manager and had no respect or sense of customer service. Not going to that Walgreen’s again!

«Where everybody knows your name…» Seriously, they have had the same people working here for at least the past 5 years! I’ve never had a bad experience here, they are great!
