Specialties
We specialize in working with Buyers and Sellers from the lowest price point to luxury home values. We have years of experience with short sales and foreclosures as well. Negotiations are our strong suit from making the offers for our clients, accepting offers from buyers on our listings and through the home inspection. We do not however handle rental properties.
History
Established in 1999.
April first got her license in 1999 and worked solo for many years, her husband of over 20yrs closed his business of direct sales in the satellite business and electrical contracting to work along side her in 2013 while she was going through chemo and beating stage 3 Hodgkins Lymphoma. Robert has gorilla marketing experience and spends his days on the phone prospecting for buyers and sellers to get our homes sold or find them a home since inventory is so low, you can’t always depend on the multiple listings services :)
