I’ll start off by saying the owner is one of the nicest people I’ve ever met. I hadn’t stopped by in over a year and didn’t even know they had moved… and she Still remembered my name.
I used to go into the old location on 164^th Ave and loved the atmosphere instantly.
Nice clothes for great prices and it doesn’t feel like a second hand store. Stop by, it’s worth it.

I’ve been a fan of Pipsqueak for years; doesn’t get any better in terms of value & customer service. Now that the store is in the mall — check out prices @ the full price retail stores then go to Pipsqueak … You’ll feel like you’ve hit the jackpot!

Well it has come time for me to give my opinion on a local resale store. PIPSQUEAK Vancouver Mall.
I brought over 400 items of Caprice’s clothes on the same day.
Three weeks later I was still asking why they were not out yet.
I was assured her clothes were the next to be tagged for resale.
Nothing but name brand clothes were given: Gymboree, Justice, Childrens Place, Old Navy and Lilly of NY.
The next time I stopped by the store WOW, Caprice’s clothes filled up that section of the store. Not to mention the shoe table.
While we were in the store we watched a nice mom buy Caprice’s purple Gymboree shoes. Made us kinda smile.
I had remembered something about 90 days when I dropped off the clothes. I decided to stop by and see if I needed to pick up my check.
Oddly enough I was right on the time frame, it was time to collect.
While the clerk was finishing with the one customer waiting and dealing with computer issues. Ciera and I walked around the store. One pair of shoes of Caprice’s still on shoe table, one pair of jeans and one shirt. Wow nice to know shoppers liked her clothes smile emoticon.
Weird though, the shirt was on the clearance and not the other two items, oh well right?
My turn at the register, the clerk hands me $ 36.12, nope I did not leave a number out thirty six dollars and twelve cents.
Are you kidding me???
I asked for a primt out and was told «Cristina told me to tell you, we were having printer issues»
So I left my phone number and my email address.
That was January 10^th.
Called several times leaving a message each time.
Yesterday January 29^th I called AGAIN.
This time Cristina amswered the phone. She said tgey had accidentally added a one to email address and oddly enoughly, she had resent it that morning. After explaining I still had not received said email, she looked it up and said OOPS. Do you know I hate the word OOPS? They accidentally sent it to Gmail instead of my carrier. I started singing «if I only had a brain» to myself. While still on the phone with Cristina, I received the email. That is when I went totally in shock.
Since Caprice wears her clothes usually once but what three times MAX? I was told her clothes were useless and been donated! As that is what they do to cheap, torn and tattered clothes. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?
She said out of 400 articles of clothing she kept 35 to resale OKAY LIAR, I saw more than that in store when you put thbe stuff out to sale.
Then the email said the purple Gymboree shoes had expired! REALLY? I actually watched them be purchased!
Normally I have a yard sale once a year and everything is a DOLLAR. I in turn donate that money to help feed the hungry in Clark County. I decided this time maybe I could get more bang for my buck and resale her clothes. Thus having more money to donate for food.
Lesson learned and customer burned. I am posting the pics of the email she sent.

Please know the reputation of the company PISQUEAK
has been ruined. The owners credibilty means nothing to me. The two things I despice most in this world, a liar and a thief. And those are my two adjectives for her.

I came to just browse one day when I was still pregnant, and was pleasantly surprised to find how wonderful this place was! It’s quite a small store but they do have quality items for sale.
The owner is also one of the nicest people I’ve ever met. She’s very warm, friendly and makes you feel super comfortable. She’s also from around the same area as I am, which brought us into a rousing conversation about a local college. She has a huge smile on her face all the time.
I loved how this place was set up, it’s friendly and warm. They also had a raffle going on and you can get a ticket by purchasing something there.
If you need a place to find great quality products at reasonable prices, I suggest coming here!

I was on a search for a jumper/​exersaucer and had no success at a bigger store nearby. A quick Unilocal search brought me here, and it was the best store Unilocal could have led me to.
Cristina is the owner and super easy to talk to. I probably could have talked with her all day, and I don’t easily connect with people when I meet them for the first time.
She showed me all of the options for jumpers, and luckily, a model I really wanted happened to be there, and she gave me a great deal on it. I also bought an activity table and a stack of Baby Einstein books for $ 1.50 each. Cristina even put batteries into the table to ensure that it worked!
In the end, she showed me how to break down the jumper and even helped me carry my purchases out to the car. I really appreciated her going above and beyond in her customer service.
She will be opening a second location in Vancouver Mall, so be sure to look for her there! I know I will!

So friendly and honest about merchandise.
I calledd this store to ask about baby seats and got an unvarnished and friendly response. And they didn’t even have to put me on hold to go check or ask somebody. Love it.

Talked to the owner on the phone twice, never mentioned they are consignment and it’d be 2 months before I’d receive credit or cash. I drove out of my way to the store to sell my son’s clothes, waited for an hour for her to go through them, THEN she tells me its consignment. I was so annoyed. Ill be taking my business to other local reslae stores. Also, her prices are spendy. Kohl’s Clarence is less for brand new.

Shop has a lot of resale options. Not very helpful staff when I came in. Was in and out. Perfect place if you’re looking for used items.

Our new favorite place for baby clothing and stylish baby sneaker fetish! This place may not be a big as other places (yet), but they have great selections. You will definately enjoy meeting the owner Cristine, who, and I never say this, is a delightful human being. She was extremely kind and generous with gathering information on mommy groups and helped me out to the car with my purchase. I feel good about shopping here to outfit my sweetie in style without getting a raised brow from the hubs.
