As a former Senior Deputy Prosecutor, Dave has over 21 years of experience in public and private practice. Dave is a highly experienced litigation attorney who has successfully tried over 150 felony cases in front of juries. After a long and fulfilling run in the public sector, Mr. Gross founded Pinnacle Law Office, LLC to help individuals through difficult times by providing aggressive, yet compassionate representation.

When he is not working on behalf of his clients, Mr. Gross dedicates his time to pro bono activities, and teaching and writing on a variety of legal topics. He has spoken at a number of Domestic Violence shelters and support organizations, and taught at law enforcement academies, law schools and colleges throughout the country.
