Established in 2005.

W. Todd Pascoe opened this business in 2005 after seven years with his old firm and some experience prosecuting. From the beginning this firm has limited its practice to criminal law, family law and more recently personal injury.

Attorney, Brandy Jeffers joined the firm in 2008 after a couple years of practice in Clark County, joining a team that includes paralegal, Jamie Schulz (since 2006) and bookkeeper, Genia Pascoe (since 2005).

The first month saw a jury return a «not guilty» verdict on a most serious offense, Class A felony where the client declined a 3-​month offer and risked 10 years. Other trial successes have followed including most recently in back-​to-​back 2012 cases, client’s avoiding strike offenses where each client faced in excess of 10 years, were convicted of lesser included offenses and received 24 and 9 months respectively.

Other trial victories include more than a dozen DV’s, multiple DUI’s & more. The firm has also enjoyed family law successes.

Business Owner

Born and raised on the East Coast, Todd came west with his parents in 1986 and came to love the natural beauty that abounds, but none more so than his wife who he married in 2001. Prior to the law, Todd taught high school history.

The day the Twin Towers fell, Todd began to become more serious about his relationship with Christ and currently serves as an Elder at the Vancouver Community Seventh-​day Adventist church. He believes that no other book compares to the Bible, which took 40 authors approximately 1,500 years to write.

In their free time, Todd and his family love to hike, canoe, camp, travel and eat at their favorite restaurants which include Ya Hala, ?Por que Non?, and Vinnie’s Pizza.
