Paul’s Rv Repair & Accessories

I’m updating my previous review after receiving a return phone call from Paul the owner. Explanations for each of my concerns were addressed (albeit in a very prickly defensive manner) on the voice mail. He stated that he uses a «premium oil» thus the higher than average price (doesn’t explain the overcharge for the oil filter however). Said he didn’t change the air filter because «it was fine» (the original quote included an air filter). Said he «personally saw his tech lube the chassis» (OK…then put that on the receipt for the customer’s record if so). Still not recommending this business based on less than friendly customer service, awkward location, vague communication, and possible overcharging (double check your verbal quote versus receipt carefully).

Visiting from Cali when our water pump (fresh water) went out. Called Paul and he immediately helped to diagnose problem over the phone. Within 2 hours, Paul had me back on the road. Outstanding service and Paul is a cool dude!

We were travelling through the area and called Paul to have him repair our generator, he dropped everything he was doing to help us. Although he could not fix it right away, he did a great diagnose! Thanks Paul :-)

Super nice folks. Paul is friendly and knowledgable. I took my old 1985 Rv to him because of fridge issues. It turned out it was simply user error on my part. He took the time to educate me and show me the areas to watch for future issues. He also had other sage advice for up keeping my RV. After putting my fridge back together he shook my hand and said no charge. He could have fleeced me for at least $ 200 and I would never have known. I will be back and wholeheartedly recommend his shop.

Went to this sketchy hard to find place in a low rent area to get a hitch installed. The owner seemed nice over the phone, however within three minutes of arriving and exiting my vehicle, i was met by his roving, unleashed guard dog that proceeded to attack me and bite me on the buttocks. The owner comes out, but does not identify himself and proceeds to act like a tough guy with his hired help backing him up. I remind him of the leash law and that I won’t be doing business here. Then a phone call (I assume recorded) from him wondering if I am all right – probably worried about his business insurance – rightfully so. Stay far away.

This guy is great! Went way beyond the call of duty! Please give him lots of business! We are from out of state! Had to order a part, took several days, let us park our trailer there while we waited. Helped us even though he was closed and had been up all night waiting for his new grand baby! Thank you SO much Paul! And congratulations on your new grand baby!!!

Paul was great. He solved our electrical issue the right way and even took extra time to make sure our hitch was set up correctly. Highly recommend.
