Horrible will never shop here ever again, not only did they sell me the wrong brakes 3 times but the 4^th time I go to pick up the «right brakes» I find out they don’t even have the right ones and have to have them ordered from Portland, then they tried to charge me extra after I was told the night before that it was a even exchange and they call and lied to their manager saying I went off on them which I never did. For now on I’ll be taking my buisness elsewhere, oreillys should get some people in there who actually know how to do their job instead of these wannabe mechanics who don’t know the difference between 02 and 08

Walked in to the HWY 99 store — no one acknowledged me waiting for help at counter! Man came in jumped in front of me & asked if he could be helped. I raised my hand & still no help! Bye, bye! Advanced Auto across street acknowledged me walking in the door, rescued me, installed my wipers & I left with time for lunch!

Awesome service. Better than the other Vancouver location on 164^th. 164^th location said they wouldn’t install something for me and said they only do windshield wipers but this location installed it without me even having to ask.

My daughter took her car here for a simple brake light replacement. The guy that «helped» her replace it couldn’t figure out how to get the bulb back in and was banging on it trying to «fix it. He blew the entire circuit so now no brake, turn, or reverse light on that side works. They want me to pay for the replacement part. Done give these people your business. Also Emily could use some work on her people skills. Total attitude. She won’t get far in life hating the world like that.

I went in there today to get a bulb for a dull head light and I am not very car savvy so I was flying blind. The lady I got was completely rude and other things about the lack of knowledge I had and that she had to even help me at all in the first place. Did not offer any help or anything. They have a good selection but the staff and customer service was terrible. I will not be coming back here.

Fast friendly service on top of that they are very knowledgeable when it comes to there product.

I went up here today for a few things. They had everything we needed and more. The staff was informative and friendly with enough people working for no wait. One of the associates even went above and beyond and helped us answer some questions on our headlight replacement and showed us how to install it. This will definitely be my new place to get fill auto needs. Highly recommended!!!

I had a fantastic experience here. One employee messed with my car until he was able to diagnose the issue. Unfortunately they didn’t have the kind of thingamajiggy to confirm, so he sent me to his mechanic friend down the street.

Are you kidding? I’m a mom of 3, and when this weather gets wet, and, well… when isn’t it? The last thing I want to do is stand outside and figure out how the dang windshield wiper blades are meant to attach!
Thankfully, there’s a superhero at this O’Reilly location who goes by the name of Brody. Or is it Cody? Crap, I can’t remember. (As I said, mom of three. I totally blame pregnancy brain. I never did quite come back from that.)
I DO know it at least RHYMES with Cody or Brody. He’s a mom’s best friend; that’s what he is! Not only did he help me determine which blades would be best suited for the truck, he even installed them for me. Thank you, Brody/​Cody! I hope a significant promotion is in your near future, because now I’m a customer for life.

I bought a paint chip patcher. The color did not match. When I returned the item without the original packaging or receipt, they researched the purchase on the computer, found it, and returned my money without any hassle. They could have easily refused to take back the item as it was partially used.
