Kevin and the guys have done most of the work on our work vehicles and have done an exceptional job. Thanks for always working our vehicles in so we can get back to our day to day operations as soon as possible.

I would give this place a zero if I could. I don’t write many reviews but I felt it necessary to come tell everyone to stay away from this place. On July 14^th I made an appointment to get new brakes and an oil change, when I went in they told me my appointment didn’t exist and they couldn’t help me. This might be an honest mistake if it wasn’t for the fact I had a membership coupon that gave me deep discounts on service, and prior to telling me that he couldn’t help me he saw that I had the coupon. After seeing the membership coupon it was apparent to me that he had no intention of honoring the discounts and immediately told me with one half glance at his computer that there was no room and I had to go elsewhere.
Needless to say, I went to Les Schwab.

Really wanted to like these guys. Friendly and were quick to try to conform to our budget parameters ($ 1,000). Had a tune up and brake work done in February of 2014. Less than 6 months later, brakes began squeaking and failing, and engine started struggling with ignition in humidity or moisture. It’s February of 2015 and we’ll be taking our van in for… brake work and a tune up. Sigh. Guess we’ll be finding a new place to take it.

First accident — their guy Kevin is straight forward and kind. We came in to drop the car off and I was about to call a cab because I needed to get to work, and they let my boyfriend use their shuttle/​office vehicle to get me to work. I was thrilled! Later, they set up a rental car and Enterprise came to pick us up and everything was smooth sailing after that.
I was really impressed at their customer service & knowledge. They were fast to figure out what was wrong with my car and allowed me to ask all the dumb questions without making me feel like an idiot. I feel like they gave us a fair price and I would go back to them every day of the week.

UPDATE — they ended up NOT covering the rental car like previously promised. They charged me out of pocket — and made arrangements with my fiancé who was not the owner of the car OR anywhere on the claim docs… or even on the insurance policy. My guy completely misunderstood them, and they didn’t take responsibility for the mishap. I am appalled at the lack of professionalism and procedure. DO NOT GO HERE. Inexperienced front desk staff.

I would only take my car there for an oil change. If I need other stuff done I will go and compare prices before making my decision

Did good work, but pricey.
Don’t email them, even using their customer specific web site — they won’t get back in anything remotely resembling a timely fashion. Can’t understand why anyone would post an email address they wouldn’t respond to inside a business day or two at the absolute outside.
