We recently added a threading specialist to our team! This is our second salon in the local area and we are proud to provide excellent service to our clients. We are a local salon, with lots of great talent. We can always find a way to target your specific needs and expectations to deliver the best quality service and customer service.

History

Established in 2013.

The original location was established in 2009 by stylist & owner Tina Plamer. After 5 successful years the salon started out growing the space, that is when On the Fringe Hair Studio & Barbering was born. With our two locations we have 10 stylists working to make your dreams come true. Our goal is to have excellent quality work and customer service. We believe everyone is beautiful and we use our skills to make your hair the best it can look! We pride our selves on outstanding customer service. We are open 7 days a week from 9 – 6. Today I was a walk-​in apt. My stylist was jess! She did amazing I’ve never been this blonde in my life and she fixed my cut and color from before. It took about four hours but it was worth my time! Yes it was expensive for my first visit but I wanted a lot done
I went from caramel slanted haircut and layers on one side to blonde and evened out hair and layers.

Today was my third visit to Tina for haircut. I am so happy with her artistic abilities. I have loved my hair each time… love the salon and of course Tina. I am very picky when it comes to my hair. She listens to what I want and is able to bring it to perfection for me. Highly recommend.

I decided to go to this salon due to the great reviews I found here on Unilocal,and I wasn’t disapointed. my hair was cut today by Jessica and for the first time in a long time I love my hair. she listened to what I wanted and that’s what I got. I have finally found a salon that I will return to. next up color blocking.

I finally got the courage to cut my hair… it was nearly to my waist! I had read so many wonderful reviews about this salon that I felt I needed to let them cut it. I was encouraged by the owner, Tina, to have Jessica Murphy cut and color it because «she has the touch». Well I gotta tell you I was not disappointed! Jessica was meticulous with everything she did! I’ve never had such royal treatment. It took her over an hour (more like an hour and a half) just to cut my hair… it is perfection! Then the color and highlights are just amazing. I definitely recommend the salon and Jessica hands down!

I want to make this sweet and simple as possible .
There really isn’t a lot of people that I trust with my lovely locks, in fact I can be the biggest bitch in the world when it comes to my hair.
However, Tina Palmer and her crew are so well trained and have the highest esteem as far as education and controlled color formulation that you will not be disappointed. I actually went to cosmetology school with Tina and her expertise is like non other.
If you want a great cut, or color her staff is always ready to do what needs to be done !
Make no mistake this isn’t the super cuts of hair. You get what you pay for and it is by far expensive. Moderate prices with top of the line customer service and knowledge of their craft.
