I’ve been feeding my new quad copter addiction here for the past few months now and have purchased a few small drones and parts. The guys here are friendly and give you space to look around. I don’t feel like I’m being watched and was free to wander and look at all of the hard-​core R/​C parts that I know nothing about. Staff was very friendly when I asked questions and gave honest recommendations. I don’t know much about R/​C cars but it looks like they have everything someone would need for those. They also have an impressive amount of stuff for R/​C planes and copters. They are still building up their drone supplies, but I’ve been able to get extra propellers and batteries from here for my quads pretty easily and at very reasonable prices. The parts seemed to be of pretty good quality too. Was pretty surprised that their casual quad copter drones were also so reasonably priced — lots of these could easily have been marked up much more like the mall kiosks and other big toy/​electronics shops do. I’m still a drone novice, but found lots of good stuff here.

Went with my husband to find some things for our RC hobby. The staff member was smoking directly outside the front door and didn’t even acknowledge us. We waited inside the store for 10 – 15 minutes thinking that when the guy «working» there was done being obnoxious and rude outside with his loudmouth friends he might come inside and let us spend our money.
Instead he waited for us to leave, didn’t acknowledge us as we left, immediately entered the store and closed it 20 minutes early.
I will never waste my time on such an unprofessional business ever again. I’ll take my money to a place where they might actually want customers.
If this worker (an Asian looking guy with a bunch of irritating crew members who like to let out front and play with their actual cars) is not the owner, then the actual owner should be aware of this irrespobsibke behavior and fire this loser. If he is the owner, just be aware that we could have stolen thousands of dollars worth of merchandise while he was ignoring his business — not very smart.

This is your standard small r/​c hobby store — not too flashy but stocked to the gills with supplies and replacement parts for remote control cars, planes, helis, etc. The staff is friendly and knowledgable but not pushy. I came in and browsed awhile before being asked if they could help but they took all of my noob questions seriously and offered some great advice. A solid ‘B’ for selection (awesome for such a small store though) and an A+ for personal manner and customer service.
