Top Notch Tree Service

This Pains Me TO Leave Such A Harsh Review… HAVE USED «Top Notch For Many Years… Did Trust Them — HOWEVER, Bruce CAME OUT AND GAVE US A Quote October 15, 2015… Told me they were Unusually Busy — and It would be Two (2) Weeks Until he could Trim Our Trees… It is November 17^th — Four (4) Weeks — We Have Received No Call !
Essentially, We have Been «Ignored» and we are a Returning Customer — Frankly, We are Truly Disappointed — Want to Use Top Notch — but, we are Hesitant ! Suggestion to Bruce — Improve the Communication with Your Customers… Review Your Paperwork Once in Awhile…
*** If we had received a Call at the Two Week Mark — We would have been Understanding about his Being Very Busy — Oh Well This is Customer Service in 2015 — «No» Customer Service…

These guys know how to handle tough situations – removed a huge tree overhanging my house cleanly and safely. Also had them come shape some trees damaged in windstorm; 3 years later the trees look great, hardly can tell where the broken branches were cut off. I also have some native oaks that need dead-​wooding occasionally. I won’t let any other arborist besides Top Notch touch them. They do excellent work for a fair price, which is all I ask.

They came the day they said they would. They cleaned up their mess. Seemed like they did not do much for the 80 bucks we spent, but i guess that’s just the high cost of tree trimming these days. I’ve never had tree trimming done before so i really have nothing to compare this experience with. Nothing really went wrong.
The address i have for this place is 19 528 Ventura Blvd, in Tarzana according to the invoice paper i have, i know it’s the same place though because the phone numbers are the same.
