Standing O-​worthy I say.

This was my first time visit to a laundry mart. I was visiting Los Angeles to meet a friend, she took me to this store. I dropped clothes for wash and fold and also dry cleaning, all under the same roof. They took great care of my clothes. The cloths came out to be nice and clean.
It saved me a trip to multiple stores and their prices are really good compared to other places and service is great.

First time using a laundromat since New York when I was a kid. They help me out with all my needs and the representative was eager to help me save money. She gave me tips and guided me the proper way. I will return and as matter of fact I will return weekly for my laundry and dry cleaner needs.

My review is ZERO stars. This is the absolute worst cleaners I have ever been to. Dropped off my shirts for dry cleaning last Friday morning. I was promised the clothes on Monday after 6pm. Went to pick up on Monday at 6:30pm…the worker didn’t understand English very well. She was confused and had a hard time finding my clothes. She finally found the clothes, some were wrapped in plastic, others were not. 1 shirt was missing so she called the manager. The manager gets on the phone with me and tells me the shirt got sent back to the plant because it must have had a stain and it should be ready after tomorrow (Tuesday). I go back to drop off more clothes on Friday and pick up this 1 shirt. The manager says to me «the ticket fell off and we weren’t sure which shirt is yours». She shows me a random shirt (not mine!) and asks if it was mine. I said no. She can’t find my shirt. Says to me «it must be in the plant somewhere». Umm that’s unacceptable. It was an expensive shirt. I demanded my money back and for her to find the shirt ASAP. She has until Monday to provide me with either the shirt or pay me for the cost of the shirt. NEVER GO HERE. In all the years I’ve used laundry service and dry cleaning never has anyone lost my clothing.

Nice little place. Helpful employees. I went there this morning and after I put my items in the dryer I discovered that you can only purchase 30 mins of drying time. I asked the employee if there was a way that she could extra time on the machine since I had to run home for a little bit. The woman was sweet and I’m fairly certain she understood me. I just called and my clothes are ready! Love it!

Clean, nice employees, helpful. Plenty of Big machines. Brought in my comforters. Michael

This was my first time using a laundry service or «fluff and fold» and I’m afraid I am now spoiled for life.
It was so convenient to leave my dirty laundry with someone else to do! Lol
1. It is not as expensive as I thought. A little over $ 1 a lb. they come back perfectly folded.
2. They also have coin laundry machines and dry cleaning. It’s a one stop shop!
3. I dropped off a white dress for dry cleaning that was annihilated from Vegas. They miraculously got it looking like new!
They take credit/​debit! A plus!
I am forever a fan of Lucy’s!

I can’t help but feel I’ve been cheated my money. The prices aren’t clear. I remember walking out my first time feeling I paid too much to do laundry. Why do I feel like that again today and this is only my 3^rd time here. Keep in mind I don’t go to the laundromat much so I’m no expert.
Side note: the guy didn’t charge my dryer last time
But I guess that makes up for today. I think he overcharged me
Plus side is free wifi.

I went to Lucy’s for their Fluff and fold. The prices are great, they use good quality detergent, and most importantly they don’t mix my clothes with other drop offs. I love the staff super helpful, very clean, and just all around great service.

Always good service, well maintained. Any issues and the staff will be glad to help, oh, and free wifi while you wait! Close to golden bowl also for great food.

I’ve been here quite a few times. The last time I went was what just ruined it all for me. It gets the job done, get your clothes washed… but the last time I did laundry there the dryer I used reeked of marijuana and the scent seeped into my clothes (which were my chef whites!!!) I didn’t even know it until after the dryer was done when I walked up to it the area smelled like weed. The hear made the scent alot more recognisable.
When my bf and i told the attendant who was there he just laughed it off.
Almost a third of the machines are never working and the place is dirty. Honestly this place needs some new and clean machines.

In my neighborhood prices are very high. So I decided to use them near my work. They can even pick up and deliver. Very friendly staff. I also used their fluff and fold. Very professional.

My washer broke so I have to find a laundromat mat around my house. See 4 stars on this one and decided to give it a try. The minute Me and my BF walked in, a lady come greet us right the way, and my BF told her to show me as honestly this is probably the 2^nd time I was in a laundromat in my own life. The lady later on I found out it’s actually the owner, she helps me set up the machine with a pre pay card and I gave her cash. She is very friendly and come check on me once in a while to make sure I have everything I needed while my BF had leave to run some errands. They also have free wifi, this make the two hours I spend there surprising enjoyable!

I was very impressed. They have free wifi, McDonalds next door, plenty of space and nice folks that work there. I haven’t been to a Laundromat in a while so I was pleasantly surprised to find they have rechargeable laundry cards instead of quarters. They also have super cheap pricing to have them do ur laundry. I just might be lazy enough to have them do my stuff for me.

My washing machine broke! So here I am at Lucy’s on a Wednesday night, doing laundry and watching the Novelas on tv. I waited until ALL my clothes, and towels were dirty, oh– and my cat did a bad thing on my bed, so I had to wash my comforter as well.
There are 3 different sized washing machines to choose from starting at $ 1.25 (reg load), $ 2.50 (3 loads) and $ 4.75 (5 loads). Lucy’s has the «pay as you go «plan, but the vending machine wasn’t working, so I had to pay the employee. I had no idea how to even get started, so I asked a few people for help. Everyone was very nice. One girl even gave me her empty dryer that still had minutes on it.
The dryers are pretty large and cost $.30 for every 15 minutes — but heavy items such as towels or blankets, socks or any article of clothing that is not paper thin will probably cost you $.90 per load. Oh! and don’t try to combine your loads into the dryer — it won’t work! As a matter of fact, you should probably divide them into a few smaller loads. In the end, it will cost the same, but take less time.
You can buy water by the gallon, detergents, fabric softener, snacks, and play a few arcade games. The coffee is complimentary and so is the advice.
The machines were constantly leaking but the employee was all over it with towels. (I wondered if he was using dirty towels of customers who dropped their laundry off for cleaning. haha) And as busy as he was with mopping, he was still very attentive to anyone who needed help.

As far as laundromats go, you can’t get much better than this. It is clean, bright, well staffed, and it is very family friendly.
I’ve never had a problem with parking, I usually get one of the spaces right in front of the mat. There are always plenty of laundry carts, and as I always wait until the last pair of underwear has been worn, there’s always a lot of laundry to cart in. Often when I’m rolling my mountains of laundry into the mat, the owner will be playing with a couple kids in front and a boom-​box will be on. It’s very festive.
Finding a washer, or 6, is never a problem. I’ve rarely had to wait, even on the weekends. Instead of quarters, you pay with a card with is a little bit of a double-​edged sword. On one side, no need to ho rd quarters! On the other side, I lose things easily and will often misplace a card with $ 10 on it.
Once I get my loads going, I, usually along with my mom, sit down at one of the tables and either read a book or play a card game. Sometimes when we get hungry I’ll either run over to Quiznos, get something in one of the three vending machines, or take advantage of the FREE donuts at the counter at the back of the mat.
Once the laundry is washed and dried, there is ample space to fold. There are even stools to sit on while you’re folding. It’s great!
So basically, don’t go. I like it too much to share it with the likes of you. I’ll give you a heads up when we get a new washer and dryer. After that happens, you should totally support this great franchise.
