I’m updating my review since we have now had the truck for a month. Sadly we were sold a lemon :(I’m still giving two stars because Amir has been responsive and always calls and texts me back. Unfortunately his mechanic did not fix the problem with the truck like he was suppose to. I have spent an additional $ 2000 to get the truck in proper working order, plus another $ 500 in rental cars while it was being repaired and now there’s a transmission problem. Of course we bought the truck used so these are our problems now. But we were sold a lemon and guaranteed to have it fixed if we bought it. Which did not happen. The mechanics Amir had us use are his own and neither one fixed our issues. His transmission guy couldn’t even find an issue with the transmission. But now it’s jerking and shifting hard and 4 other mechanics have told me they found transmission issues so why can’t his find it?
We have finally learned our lesson and will NEVER buy from a small used car lot again. We like to support small businesses but we keep getting screwed in the used car business. Our next used car will be from Honda since they have a guarantee on all their used cars for life. Make sure you check out Honda first. You may pay a little more at first but your car will last and the price they give you is the price you pay. No extra thousands of dollars on repairs like we got with Loyal Signature Motors.

Sales people were very helpful and friendly. I originally went there to purchase a used car for my daughter before she goes to college. I live in Washington and picked this location by looking at the reviews. I was looking for a decent price for a safe car that she could drive through out college. As someone who doesn’t know much about cars I felt that I was well informed and the sales people really took time to answer all of the questions that I had and felt no pressure. After going there and discussing the various options and pricing we were able to purchase a used 2011 Nissan Altima. Give them a firm price that you want to pay and that’s it. There is no need to go back and forth with the finance manager. Recently divorced they really helped me with my bad credit financing. True professionals!!!

One of the best dealerships I have ever been too. They all treat you with respect and everything in their power to find your dream car with an unbelievable price! I was looking for a bmw 435i for a long time with some specifications, but no one could find me the one I wanted. Even the bmw dealerships could not find me one. So I gave up on my search and after a few days, a friend of mine who had recently bought a car from loyal signature motors told me to give it a shot. As I went there with no hope, in less than an hour we found the car I wanted, and as we discussed on the pricing, they gave me a price that would have even cut all of their profit. I am really satisfied with their work. Their customer service is absolutely amazing, they still call me after 5 months to check on my car to see if there’s any problems and tell me to take it for inspections. Awesome experience. Definitely recommended

My spouse and I were searching for a second vehicle. After talking with many other used car dealers, we came across Loyal Signature Motors. It was then that we spoke with Amir, and let him know we were in need of a second vehicle and were from out of town. Amir was in constant contact with us, very professional, updated us on the status of our application. Amir got us approved in 1 day, even though we don’t have perfect credit. Amir offered us many different car choices and payment types to fit our needs. Amir went above and beyond our expectations. We told him we would be arriving at 7pm due to getting off work at 5, and having to drive from out of town. Amir had everything printed and ready to go. He had us in and out in less than 20 minutes, that includes viewing, test driving, and signing all documents. Amir was kind and professional throughout the whole process and never forced us to buy anything. He stood within our monthly payment needs. Will definitely purchase another vehicle from Amir at Loyal Signature Motors. Definitely recommend this place for used luxury vehicles, all the staff is kind and friendly.

Amir is very professional and helpful. Answered all the questions I had. His great experience in finance is his key to have a fantastic connections with the banks and get you approved with a good interest rate.

Went on many websites to find the car I wanted, locked it down to 4 dealers and by far the easiest to work with was Loyal Signature Motors. Amir updated me on progress of the car repairs that were happening (brakes), he called me and we set up a time for our visit. I visited the other dealers but at Loyal Signature, things were relaxed and just ran smoothly. The car looked great, ran great and I was outta there in 30 minutes after the test drive. I asked a lot of questions about the car and they answered them without issues. I’ll see them again when it comes to buying another luxury used car.

They are very professional and considerate. I had a very good experience with Amir last time I was there searching for a car. He never tried to push me to buy the car at any point. On the other hand he let me test drive all the cars I had in mind. Overall I was happy with my experience at the loyal signature motors dealership.

These guys are just the best. It is hard to find a used car dealership that sell you a car and still care about their customers. These people are the best in town. 5 star all the way. Best customer service and best used cars in town.

I was searching different used car dealerships before I found this one. Amir had the best prices and found me the best interest rate on my BMW. Nearly half the apr the other dealers were giving me. My wife were in and out same day. Very pleasant to my 2 year old daughter as well. I definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for the best deals!

I got myself an Infiniti Q50 a week ago thru Loyal Signature Motors. Great car, I’m driving and enjoying every second of it. But it’s not about the car, it’s about the service and the whole process.
Although, there are a lot of brokers and leasing websites around I decided to contact Amir due to his experience (I’ve been referred). To make a long story shorter I filled out an application on Wednesday, on next day Amir got back to me with all my options and on Friday I got a key to a brand new Infiniti Q50!
That’s it! No salesmen BS, no negotiations, no time wasting! Definitely a 5 star service.
