The owners are so friendly and knowledgable! The trainer Jorge Diaz (former pro boxer) is very hands on and makes you feel important, even if you aren’t training to be a professional fighter (and there are plenty that come in or train).
The gym is very well kept and clean. The bathroom and shower are AMAZING for any gym. If you’re a woman, you should feel welcome and accommodated :-)
It may not be the biggest gym in LA, but the family atmosphere they provided me far exceeds the need for a huge space.
If you’re looking to get into boxing, whether professionally or just trying to stay in shape and get sexy, this is the boxing gym to go to!

Loved working out at Flash Boxing! My girlfriends worked out there, so I decided to join. I didn’t know what to expect my first time there but I quickly found out. The trainer, Jorge is awesome! I felt very comfortable working out there, no intimidating meat heads. Lol The guys are very polite and even though they are strangers, they motivate you to keep going.
Jorge, works you out like a pro. Whether you’re a newbie, or have years of experience, he makes sure you get a great workout! I would definitely recommend Flash!

Flash Boxing is a great place to learn and have fun. I started here last year and haven’t stopped. You get a great workout and you’ll be in the best shape of your life. You get your own personal trainer with Jorge Diaz who knows everything there is to know about boxing. The hours are flexible and the gym has everything you need. Whether you want to become a boxer or just have a great place to workout this is the place to go.

Great boxing gym and friendly atmosphere. I have trained at various gyms and Jorge Diaz is a master of his craft. If you just want to get in shape or really learn to fight up to pro level this is your place. I really like that Jorge is there all the time and always available to answer any questions I have in regards to my technique. My sister recommended this gym to my husband and I. We started at the end of January with a goal to get stronger. I definitely saw a difference in my strength after 2 weeks. Everyone there is very nice. I mainly saw teenaged boys, who by the way were very polite, but I also saw the youngest little man at 6yrs of age and once an older man who was probably in his 60s. Regardless of age, Jorge will put you to work!
Our experience was great. Had to stop going this month, but hoping to get back to hitting the bags in a few months. My favorite thing about this gym is that it’s not a fashion show or social media hangout like regular gyms have become. Everyone goes here to put in work and train, that’s it.

I’ve been athletic most my life but had never tried boxing. I was attempting to get back into a regular routine after about a 2 year hiatus, I googled gym and my zip code and this was the closest gym to me that popped up so I gave it a twirl. When I called to see about the schedule and what not, I was greeted by co-​owner Andrea who assured me I would be getting the «intensity» I was looking for. She wasn’t exaggerating. Almost 9 months later, I am proud to call this gym my home! Jorge Diaz the trainer is very knowledgable, talented and made me fall in love with the sweet science and art of boxing. If you’re curious or never tried boxing, Flash Boxing is the place you want to go. Thank you to Kid Flash and the whole Flash boxing family!

Jorge Is a great trainer. He will make sure, no matter where you are in skill, that you will improve every day you go in to Flash Boxing. Whatever amount of work you put into it, he will put in more and push you to your limits such that you grow at your most rapid pace. Also, the gym is filled with positive people who are just as excited to learn as Jorge is to teach. It’s a place with a good vibe and clean equipment.

My 14 year old son started with absolutely no experience and Jorge and fellow gym members accepted him immediately and made him really feel at home.
Jorge and partners really care about you and know what they are doing.
They really seem to want to help you achieve your goals whatever they might be.
My son has changed since hes been going there, he seems happier, more respectful and has a more positive attitude.

Jorge is the greatest. Unfortunately I have been caught up with moving, school and work that I haven’t been able to train. But even after moving from 5 minutes, to 30 minutes away I plan on training here once again. There is no where else I would rather be than here. Everyone is friendly and offers support and help at anytime. The prices are more cost effective here than anywhere else I have been and whether you want to learn some self defense or become a fighter, you will become stronger, smarter, more aware and more healthy than ever before. The equipment is always clean, there is no foul smell or odors and everyone is treated equal. Jorge will guide you in the direction you wish to go. You must be willing to work hard and put in the effort to reach your goals.

This place is awesome! Brand new boxing gym with the latest and cleanest equipment out there. All gym equipment including boxing ring are all professional grade. Excellent owners and trainers. I had been searching for a Boxing gym to call home for quite some time now but The minute I walked in I could sense the expertise that came with Jorge. His immediate reaction to help out anyone no matter their skill level was apparent and made the experience very welcoming. I immediately signed up!
Every member is friendly and eager to succeed keeping somewhat of a competitive atmosphere.

Jorge ‘Kid Flash’ is a no nonsense type of trainer. He will put you to work. So be ready!
It’s a small gym, but full of quality. Everyone is there to work, but there is a camaraderie at Flash Boxing that I haven’t felt at any other gym I’ve ever been to. Everyone, including Kid Flash, is very welcoming and willing to help you.
The workouts are amazing. I’ve never sweat so much in my life! Kid Flash takes the time to get to know and work with each person. I’m learning so much about a sport I have never tried before. Each day I am getting more conditioned and stronger. I’m definitely enjoying my time at this gym and making the most of every workout with Kid Flash.
