IRON Boxing

Mo is GREAT!!! I took 6 private boxing lessons with him a couple months ago, and man, that is the way to go! It was really fun, I felt like Hillary Swank in Million Dollar Baby haha. Thanks Mo!

I never thought I could enjoy a workout. Ever. But Iron boxing changed everything. Which is s surprise because I’ve never boxed before a day in my life! This is actually FUN. And not because it’s easy– it’s a very challenging workout. But the class flies by! The coaches are amazingly helpful, friendly and encouraging. They give you one on one attention that I’ve never gotten at any other gym. After a few weeks I already have more energy and feel so much stronger. I just LOVE it here. Highly recommended for all fitness levels. Pro-​boxer? Great. Just starting out? That’s okay too! They cater to everyone’s needs. They’re awesome.

I happened to find this place from a groupon that I purchased. I was a little nervous when I came in because I have never taken any boxing classes before. Everyone here are very friendly and nice. The coaches take their time to teach you proper techniques and are very patient. I am drenched in sweat after each class. If you are looking for a good workout this is the place to be.

Never worked out a day in my life but since attending Iron Boxing ive noticed a change in my physic and stamina that i never knew i had. Besides having coaches that motivate you and push you to your limits the students are motivating as well. Coach Eddie is full of energy in the ring and knows what he is teaching and wants you to be the best when working out because thats when you get the full effects of your hour-​long fitness. Coach Kenny is amazing on the floor and pushes your conditioning, moving every time, no rest! Bags are so fun! You take out all your anger and stress! Its so much fun! Bikes, you relax and peddle away and get your heart rate steady! Coach Mo amd coach Courage are awsome as well. Courage is the king of burn out! When you see him you know youll workout all your meals you had that day. Overall i cant say how pleased i am with everyone there. They have made me love this sport so much and i love that im working out but having so much fun at the same time. Iron Boxing is AMAZING! I was new to boxing and had no idea what I was getting myself into. Not only do they take the time to teach you, but they are constantly encouraging you and create a positive workout environment. All of the coaches are incredible and really take the time to get to know you and on top of that, they know what they’re talking about. Not only will you get a great workout here, but you also become part of a family. Even the regulars who attend that classes are extremely friendly and encouraging to everyone. I always leave this class feeling uplifted and drenched in sweat (Coach Mo will wear you out in the ring!!)
The hour long class FLIES by and you WILL NOT regret attending.

Iron Boxing is amazing!!! I spent months looking for a good boxing gym; what I got at Iron is better than anything I could imagine. The program is fantastic, and the coaches work so hard. Coach Mo pours his heart and soul into this, and it comes off in everything he does. They have a great choice of times daily. I prefer the 12 noon class. If my work schedule allows, I am there for that one most of the time. I love that there are some morning and evening classes. I go daily so it’s nice to know if I missed one, I can always go to the next one that day.
It’s really unlike anything. Group fitness class where you get one-​on-​one time with skilled boxing coaches. I wouldn’t think twice about joining if I had to. Worth every penny!!!

Iron boxing at GSC is AMAZING!!! I’ve been doing crossfit at GSC for awhile (which I also can’t recommend highly enough– check It out!!) and just added boxing to my workout routine. The coaches @ iron boxing are unbelievable. They are patient and encouraging with newcomers and meet you where you are. At the same time, they will push you to your limit and give you an amazing workout. Having multiple coaches present during class allows them to adeptly handle a mix of skill levels and challenge the most advanced as well as the newbie. I am so excited for my next class! I can’t believe I have the opportunity to work with world class coaches like Courage and Eddie. All of the coaches are so dedicated and excited to be there. I can’t say enough positive things. Try it out!

So much fun and a great workout! The coaches are amazing! Mo Is the best! He is always early, energetic and wants you to succeed! Its not just boxing it’s a whole body workout!

I’ve been going to the IRON boxing classes for about three months now and I’m more than happy with the progress that I’ve made. The teachers are attentive, precise, and encouraging. The class itself is not intimidating at all which can be attributed to the friendly environment of the class. The cardio conditioning on top of the boxing training gives me the push that I need to improve each week. I leave each class on the brink of dying but smiling at the same time. I’m really happy with boxing skill set I’ve gained as well as the overall physical improvement of my body. Definitely check out this class if you’re in the area.

LOVE this class. You can be new or experienced in boxing and this class will make you sweat. It has a great combination of workouts that pushed you and leaves you feeling so accomplished and wanting to come back for more. So far one of my favorite classes to take. The trainers are super encouraging and very grateful everyone works hard and make the class an amazing time. Recommended 100%!

Wow! What an incredible workout. It was one of the best workouts I have ever done, and I have done them all. The coaches break down the boxing workout for beginners and make you feel comfortable. I am so happy I tried it and am even happier with the results. I burned a ton of calories and have been back a few times now. I highly recommend this workout to those of you considering trying a boxing class. The coaches teach you technique and have patience with you, but yet push you to go harder and to do the best you can. I left feeling great!

I had never tried boxing before and was really curious and a bit nervous but Iron boxing classes are SO fun and the coaches are extremely friendly and patient. You must try some time in the ring with Coach Courage and Coach Eddie! They’re the best :) … It seems like everyone who participates — no matter his or her skill level — gets a great work out and learns a ton each class. Saturday morning boxing class at Iron is now the highlight of my week.

I’ve tried a few boxing gyms in the past, and this is by far my favorite. I was really new to boxing, and coming to classes here has not only given me a killer workout, I feel like I’m learning a lot of great technique.
Coaches Courage, Eddie, and Ivan have taught me so much. Every class is fun, upbeat, and different. Each coach has their own teaching style, and the people in class are really helpful. I guess I’m one of the old heads in class now, so I like pushing the new people a little bit and helping them get comfortable and to work harder.
Bottom line, this gym is amazing and the classes are awesome. Not to mention how much more I’ve learned in my private sessions with Coach Eddie and Coach Courage as well. I can’t say I’m ready for prime time, but I’m getting better every time and loving it.

Iron Boxing at GSC is amazing — it’s a great workout and the classes are really fun. The coaches are awesome, the space is perfect… it’s an overall fantastic program. They have early morning classes (MWF 6:30 am) to accommodate early work times, and they also have nighttime offerings every day of the week, so it’s really easy to get great coaching and work up a sweat. Coach Courage and Coach Eddie give you great one-​on-​one attention in the ring, and Coach Sabrina makes sure you work on the floor. I can’t recommend it enough — just go once, you’ll be hooked.
