Elegance Limousine Service

I have been calling for 2 weeks now to speak to the owner, and he has not called me back or spoken to me. It’s absolutely ridiculous to run a company like this.

I reserved a limo for my daughters homecoming and I’m glad we choose ELS. Not only were the prices reasonable, but the customer service was exceptional. From the time I inquired about their services to the time of pick up, all my questions were answered appropriately and with much ease. My daughter and her friends had a blast and really liked their driver Harry. So patient, friendly, and nice. Not one complaint from them. I will definitely use their service again. Thank you ELS!

STEVE at Elegance Limo is just the perfect gentleman with great manners. He was so great when I needed a Limo for 14 people the day of the event! We celebrated our Mom’s 80^th birthday and he never failed to help each and every one of us in and out of the car, and he gave my mom so much attention. He was right on time, always had a smile, came with a stocked, clean car! I will use this company again and I definitely recommend this company!

Used Elegance Limo for my husbands 30^th birthday. We ended up renting a party bus and were really happy we did. Plenty of room, nice and clean, great sound system. The staff is professional, friendly, and helpful. The driver was on time and always outside of each venue waiting for us when we went from place to place. We will definitely be using them again, and would highly recommend!

Great people, great service, great prices! I have been using these guys for years and have refered them to famiily and friends, anytime we need a limo we go to them. Always friendly, polite, and accommodating, the limos i have been in have been clean and everything works! If you have ever been in a limo more then once you know that there is always a problem whether it is the AC or the sound system but luckly I have had a great experience with elegance limo and their limos have always been in perfect shape.

This is the ONLY limo company I will use from now on. Steve was our driver, he was AWESOME. The 34 passenger limo was AWESOME. We had a great night, and didn’t want to get off the limo to go into the bar. SO MUCH FUN!!! It was gorgeous, the ipod hook up was EASY to use, there was plenty of seating, tons of ice, lots of dancing. Fantastic! A+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

I rented ELS for my Wedding over a decade ago and have been coming back to them time and time again. Their friendly, accommodating and courteous staff always answer all my questions and their drivers are very polite and provide excellent service. They have gone out of their way to work with my budget as well as itinerary, and their limos are always extremely clean and well stocked with the essentials. I have recommended ELS to many of my friends and co workers and those that have used their services have always been very satisfied.

Horrible attitude. Very rude on the phone. I called this company because we are looking for a chauffeured classic car for our wedding and this company’s website has a tiny picture of something they label «1957 Classic Sedan.» The interior looked nice so I gave them a call. The man that answered the phone was incredibly rude and short with me! I asked what type of car it was. He answered that it was a «Rolls Royce Bentley.» I had to ask if it was a Rolls Royce or a Bentley. His answer? «We have two!» «Oh,» I said, «So you have a 1957 Rolls Royce AND a 1957 Bentley?» He answered yes. I asked if he could send me pictures of these two cars. His answer, «Can’t you see the picture?!» Yes, I see one very small picture of one car, but you are saying you have two cars. Do you have pictures of both of the cars that you could e-​mail to me so that we could make a decision? After WAY too much prodding, this jerk on the phone FINALLY agreed to send me the pictures. He said that if I e-​mailed him with the request, he would reply with the pictures. It has now been five days. No pictures.
Here’s the icing on the cake. I called this place twice and asked for a quote for their «1957 Classic Sedan» for our date and time. The first quote was $ 100 less than the quote I got the second time for the same date and time! This place is totally unprofessional and certainly not «elegant.»
Also beware, slapping a RR or Bentley symbol on the hood of a kit car doesn’t make it a Rolls or a Bentley. I am pretty sure that is what this place has done and that is why he gave me such ridiculous answers to my questions AND why they have the car listed as a «1957 Classic Sedan» and not a 1957 Rolls Royce or a 1957 Bentley. He clearly lied to me and I caught him when he tried to pass the car off as a «Rolls Royce Bentley.» There is no such thing. Yes, these two brands used to be affiliated. But, it would be the same as saying a car was a Chevrolet Pontiac. After I caught him in that lie, he made up another lie to cover for it saying that they had two. Clearly they don’t have two because there is only one on their website and he was unable to send me the pictures he promised.
I have to say that I have made the conversation with this jerk sound much nicer than it was. He was totally rude to me the entire conversation. How do people sell their services like this?
