I needed some remodeling for my condo, and a friend of mine recommended E1 construction to me. He had previously gotten a complete kitchen remodeling in his townhouse. I had my condo gutted and completely remodeled from the ground up. Very pleased with their work, the team was very professional and fast and left everything clean and neat after the job was complete. I was especially impressed with Edwards intensive knowledge in the field and the unique suggestions for the design. The prices are great and the quality is even better. I’ve compared with all the neighborhood companies and E1 stands out among the best overall.

The most honest and reliable construction company I have ever meet. Edward and his crew started a compete home remodel from the framework to the electrical to plumbing all the way to the finishing touches, made sure everything was to my liking and fit my budget. They made sure going through a remodel project and living in the house at the same time was not as inconvenient as it can be.
I had several contractors come in and was a bit hesitant to give them the job due to their untimely manner of getting to scheduled appointments or thinking they can lie to get the job and build to there liking, after all it my house and I’m gonna live in it let it be to liking. E1 showed up on time as scheduled, and completed the project from beginning to end as promised.
E1 is amazing, all my questions were answered, the work was done as promised and the prices were simple, straightforward, and fair priced.
They deserve to be in a different category and need be be raved about. It’s a lost gem in the industry.
