I just had windows & doors replaced with Vista Windows, the experience was great, very professional and clean, and to the point, Phill the owner is very positive person his price was very competitive, the staff knew what they were doing & had all equipment’s with them, overall great experience I would recommend them 100% for any job

I have always been a good referral source to my friends and family. When both my sisters who live in Glendora and Chino Hills were looking for replacement windows, I did not hesitate at all to refer them to Phil and Olga at Vista Window.
They are family owned window company that provides replacement windows and entry doors at a very great price but with excellent customer service and professional installation.

I placed my order on Dec. 8^th, 2015 and today is now April 22, 2016 and I finally got my order completed. Two windows installed with the wrong design and a screen door, that I had to wait 3 different times and different appointments, after the wrong screens kept coming in. After numerous errors, they just passed me to Ply Gem the window manufacturer.
Phil and Olga were nice, but just had a bad experience from numerous mistakes from their part with the window orders. Windows came in damaged and I had to wait weeks before the replacement. One issue after another, It took 141 days to get my order completed. It was a ridiculous experience.

I had my windows done last year in July, yes they look nice but it seems I can still hear everything from the outside even when my windows are closed. Thought Phil was suppose to come after the work was done and look at the Windows never did. Then there was a hole in one of the screens of course after they left I called the company they said «well they wouldn’t be able to fix it now they would put in a order» ok fine. Wait for over a month walk out of my front door one morning and someone just drop it off and left it on my porch never a knock or here let me replace since it took so long to replace it. Again yes they look nice but if you want sound proof windows I would go with another company that doesn’t make you feel rush when telling them what you want or telling you «their no such thing as sound proof windows» really never again.

Vista is a good value option. Like some of the less favorable reviews, our biggest problems with Vista were slow follow up and lack of attention to detail. The installers were great. Would I use them again?

Overall impression — Vista Windows is a decent local option for economical dual-​paned retrofit window installation. You might pay more elsewhere, but you will also get a higher quality service and product. Though I’m still picking chards of glass from my planter and may never fully repair the damage caused to my wooden sills, I have a house full of energy efficient windows at a reasonable price.

I really wanted this to be another great review but sadly it is not. I have to say after all the good reviews and my neighbors recommendation I had high hope but sadly I was very disappointed with the lack of follow through from this company.
First I was told I would receive a quote on Monday ²⁄₁₅ after a Friday measurement. Well I never received anything and had to call the office twice to inquire and did not receive until three days later.
Second, the quote did not provide me with any information about the type of window I had to call yet again.
Third, when I did receive a follow up call last week I asked for a quote on another brand and I was told i would have by end of day. As of today I still have yet to receive.
As I stated earlier, very disappointing. As a local girl I am a big supporter of local family owned businesses. Sad to say they lost this customer to another local business.
I suggest they work on their followup skills.

My rating specifically addresses follow up. The workmanship and quality of the windows is excellent. However, the lack of response to questions and delayed installation did not match the actual workmanship. Our trust has two commercial buildings with over 100 old windows. I used Vista Windows for 12 replacement windows in three stages. I kept thinking the delay in response was an anomaly, but it never got better. I felt as if my business didn’t matter. Simple follow up is not brain science. Either VW was working on everyone else’s windows while working on my building or the Unilocal ratings are not accurate. I would never go out of my way to give such a low rating.

Actually I used this company in last year. And I ordered Windows, shutters and front door from them. They had wonderful service, on time, good quality, although a little expensive than I budget, but worth it.

There isn’t anything negative I can say about Phil and his team.
My husbands co-​workers recommended Vista Windows Mfg so we contacted them. Phil personally came out and did all the measurements. He was very polite and thorough. He wasn’t a typical sales guy wanting to sell you top dollar products. By the end of the day I had received the estimate. We have 11 windows and the estimate came out to what I had expected. We decided to move forward and Phil came out again to completely measure everything.
Two weeks later our windows were installed. Omar and his team were fast, clean, and overall nice guys. They showed up on time and were gone before we expected.
Every time I come home and see my windows I am so happy. We live along a freeway and when the windows are closed, you can’t hear it.
I was so impressed with Vista Windows Mfg that I purchased an entry door which is equally beautiful and the experience was just a professional as the first. Looking forward to tax season so hopefully I can purchase a new set of patio doors.

Love my window coverings! I moved into a new condo without any window treatments. To my disbelief, most of my windows were all custom with odd sizes. Phil measured my windows and recommended the style and color for my home. I had my custom window coverings within a week after Phil came out to measure. My windows look fantastic! 5 stars. Everything went as planned! They even were able to quickly assist us with getting a permit when one of our neighbors called the city on us! Very responsive and thorough. All windows work perfect.

Just had windows put in our entire house in Monrovia. We found Vista Windows to be an excellent choice. From the very beginning of the process, Vista Windows was totally professional. Customer Service, price, and installation was more than satisfactory-​it was excellent. Phil and his installers made certain that our large, complex and difficult to install windows would be done correctly. They returned to double-​check their measurements before installation and the result was a perfect job. My suggestion would be to go local. Vista relies on Unilocal to prosper, large companies with large paid salesmen over vast areas, not so much. Also, our neighbor, also had Vista do his «granny flat» at the same time. He is as impressed as we are. Vista Windows has satisfied customers on Valmont Dr.

Eight years ago they installed windows, screens, sliding doors with unique glass and other activities at our house during a major restoration project. Everything was exceptional.
Now, within the last 2 years, we had to replace 2 broken screens which they did not charge us for.

We recently purchased a home that was built in the 50’s and had many of the original non operational windows still installed. We contacted 3 different window companies for a quote. Of the 3 no one compared to the experience we got from Vista Windows and the owner, Phillip. It wasn’t all about price, either. Phillip came out to our place and immediately asked us questions about what we were looking for. Since I currently work in the sales industry, I appreciated the fact that he didn’t come out and immediately tell us what we needed. Phillip even took the time to meet us at one of the other homes they did in the community so that we could see their work up close. The whole process was simple, they were always in communication with us and made it very easy. The install team was professional and courteous. They came in and installed 12 windows and blinds for each in about 7 hours. We like them so much we had them redo the windows on the other house on our property owned by my Mother in law. Their price is very good and I would recommend them for anyone. They also guarantee their installation for the life of the window. Great experience!

We went to Vista Window last year of April 2014 and this review has been long over due. We had a slider and 2 windows installed and are still going strong! Great quality work and awesome customer service. Both Philip and Olga were very helpful in the whole process. Will use them again in the future.

We are very happy with the vinyl French doors that Vista installed for us. Installation went smooth and very professional service by the installers. We’re likely going to order a new front door from them as well. I highly recommend using Vista for your door and window needs.

Ok. Update. After the last debacle, Phil actually came to the house to apologize in person which struck me as a pretty class act. We had a very frank discussion and he proposed a few things to make it right with us that my wife and I gratefully accepted. As we had had no problem with either the product or workmanship, we decided to finish the last 5 windows in the house. Phil’s guys showed up today, on time, and ready to go. They had all the windows and the new plantation blinds installed in about 5 hours. The clean up was perfect. You couldn’t tell they’d been here. The door problem got sorted too. I’m very happy to report that I can give Phil and vista windows not only 5 stars, but also a glowing recommendation. Courtesy and professionalism go along way with me and Phil and his company provided both in spades

Phil, the owner is very involved; he is personable, funny, and professional. We had received multiple quotes, and it wasn’t hard to decide that we want to go with Vista Windows. Phil definitely earned our business, because he explained everything thoroughly and was knowledge to answer all our questions. They did a clean job and didn’t leave any messes behind.
I also recommended him to a friend, who later called and thanked me for the referral. She was very pleased with her windows.
