Coin Laundry C C Land

I always come here to do laundry and today will be my last time coming here. I come and ALL of the little washer machines are out of order only able to use the double+ loads machines. And on of those I put in the money and it froze and wasn’t allowing me to start it or give me my money so I told the lady working and she accused me of lying and the machine she restarted it and she told me I never put money in it. So I lost $ 1.75 and she refuse to be professional about the situation. The machine took the money and froze and I was accused of never putting any money in it. I’m extremely pissed off because the extra coins I had was to go wash my car and now I had to use the rest to wash my load. Ridiculous

I come here all the time, never had much of a problem before but what happens if the washer ruined my whole load of whites? I just had a brand New shirt my friend got me for my birthday in there and no one is working to help me. so basically I spent $ 5.00 washing to ruin over $ 100 in clothes… great.

Always clean, no one ever steals your laundry because staff is always there and cheap! Yay!
