I came to visit this location in search of adopting a rabbit, and was informed that they will only adopt out two rabbits at a time. I would not be able to afford veterinary care for two rabbits, which I told the worker, and asked if having one rabbit adopted wasn’t better than no rabbits adopted. This logic was lost on her. This is why adoption centers have lower turnover rates than breeders — rather than send one bunny to a loving home, it’s two or nothing. She redirected me to the animal shelter, but having previously volunteered at a shelter I know workers are encouraged there to «upsell» potential adoptive fur-​parents to two animals as well. This rescue location’s bunny boarding pens had urine absolutely everywhere despite two teenagers walking around, presumably volunteering. I don’t know that it would be a place I would adopt from even without their limiting policy.

Great place to adopt or board a bunny. Their adoptable bunnies are beautiful and friendly and their boarding facilities are fun and stimulating for rabbits. We always board here and have never been disappointed.

This place is a great resource for rabbit owners. I would give 5 out of 5 stars if I would not have boarded my two rabbits here. The morning I was leaving for vacation one of my rabbits had an accident and got a poopy butt. When I brought my rabbits in I asked that my rabbit with the poopy butt be groomed. They said that was fine. I later found out they groomed my rabbit the day I got back from my 6 day vacation. He was messy that entire time. When I complained I was told they only groom rabbits immediately if specified. This isn’t something I thought I would have to specify.
I won’t be boarding here EVER again!

I love this hidden gem. I take my two bunbuns to get their nails clipped and thoroughly brushed and they do an awesome job!
Bonus: while I wait, I get to see all the other super cute bunnies! Such a treat :)

Bunnyluv can always be trusted to take good care of your babies but I would recommend booking grooming sessions with a groomer you’re already familiar with. Didn’t have a very good experience with one particular groomer but not everyone at Bunnyluv is that way. Most of Bunnyluv staffs are very caring and gentle. I recommend Jody and Joseline!

I always take my bunnies, Jenny and Jonny, to this rescue to board them and have them groomed while we are away on vacation. They seem to definitely enjoy «meeting» (sniffing the plexiglass for other bunnies around) the other bunnies and playing in their pen whenever they go! All the volunteers who work here are very helpful and really know how to take care of my special bunnies!

They provide an excellent, caring and respectable service. My bunny dislikes strangers and is a bit high maintenance but Jody did a great job grooming her. I will definitely come back to get her nails trimmed and to use their boarding service when I go on my next trip. Also their timothy pellets are fairly priced; I rather spend money at a place where they take good care of homeless bunnies and provide services to help the non-​profit organization stay opened to the public.

Best non profit bunny shelter… very knowledgeable and good customer service! They also offer grooming service and bonding service if you adopt from them. It’s a must for bunny lovers. Tons of parking in the back.

I volunteered at this place and oh my gosh. Bunny heaven? YES. these little rabbits are given such ample space to roam (unless they may need to be isolated) the vet tech is so kind and appreciates the little critters, they have a little shop with proceeds aiding the bunnies, i personally love being here because the people are nice, they care about the bunnies — YES they want to make sure the bunnies will be going to the right home, i have learned more than i thought i would about bunny care, they are really precious animalsand this place makes sure they are okay, be it health, food, water, etc. if you’re gonna adopt or sponsor a bunny do it here, the bunnies come form shelters or rescued and they are just wanting a forever home

I normally buy hay by the bale at a feed store, but now that I live in an apartment I was looking for a place close by to buy flakes of hay. I found bunnyluv through Unilocal.I bought a 20# bag of timothy hay for about ~$ 20. They have other bunny supplies as well such as oxbow pellets, apple sticks, and willow rings. Check them out and support them!

The most amazing non kill rabbit shelter there is. Very attentive staff who are always extremely caring and have the best interest of the rabbits. It is also a great place to buy your rabbits hay and Timothy pellets vs buying them at corporate pet stores. We love bunnyluv! Come support them!

Lovely place and I know that they understand rabbits. I have always boarded my rabbit here but the only terrible thing is that they keep creeping up on the boarding prices without warning. It is now $ 20 dollars a day to board your bunny. It use to be cheaper. Send out a notice or something just don’t blind sight loyal customers with a fee hike. I don’t think I will be boarding my bun with them again. Other than that they are fine.

Asked for help in relocating my rabbit since I will not be able to give him the amount of care and attention I think he deserves due to starting a family. The very rude response I received from Kim B., including her personal judgement on my situation (there’s no way for her to know exactly what my life schedule and situation is and I feel no need to explain this to her — a stranger), was extremely offensive and disappointing. I will always share my bad experience with her customer relations and make sure no one else has the same bad experience with this organization. The purpose of Bunny Luv seems very good, Kim’s customer service skills are very, very poor and prove detrimental to the org.‘s business.

I love this place alot.
Food for my bunnies are healthy and they walk away happy. Very affordable as well.
BUT!
One thing I hate with a PASSION about going here is the lady that owes this place, Kim. She is passionate about her work, I understand that but. There is a fine line.
She is not very friendly nor very comforting.
Actually she is really rude and ignorant.
Everytime I come here, I have to hold my anger for the sake of my babies.
I won’t be coming back ever again.
If you want some nagging old lady telling you to just kill yourself when you do something wrong with your bunnies, then by all means come here.

Wonderful place!
They have great prices on a variety of quality hays, litter, pellets, veggies, cardboard castles and other toys. They are excellent at what they do — taking great care of their rabbits, knowing each rabbit’s personality, and educating new rabbit owners. The education part is crucial — you will feel great knowing you’re doing the right thing for your rabbit. They also offer bonding services, if you’d like a companion to your current rabbit, or would like to adopt a pair.

At first i was a little hesitant going to BunnyLuv because of its location. But I eventually found it outside the plaza on the main front of Stagg St. — left doors of the alley entrance.
The head lady there seemed very impatient with me and a bit distracted because it was my first time and i brought my bun along from the vet. Eventually i got over my frustrations and put my baby first. nonetheless the front desk lady was helpful and knowledgable in the end (which i looked for in merchants) and helped me choose a great Oat Blend for my picky bun. They also have events in which I believe my Vet (who came from Glendale to North Hills) attended to help support and spread knowledge for fellow rabbit owners /​future adopters. Profit goes directly back to their housed rabbits who have yet to find loving homes of their own.
* *You get a great amount of hay for a reasonable price which is always great. Different hays to choose from. They also sell other treats/​veggies and offer various grooming services/​housing for your bun.* *
Anyways, Will definitely be returning. I only wished they were open on mon or fri mornings because I was looking to purchase /​restock tomorrow!

This place is amazing for bunny lovers and animal lovers alike. There are soooooooooooo many rabbits for adoption and the staff here are very knowledgable and friendly. All in all, it’s a great place.
They’ve got hay, bunny treats, bunny toys and a myriad of other bun-​tastic goodies for your bunnies. Once I can adopt a pair (or trio) of my own now that Carrot has passed on, I will always frequent this place, hehe…

You can fill safe housing your bunny with them. I’ve learned so much from them about how to care for our buns.
Or, if you are shopping for a little friend for your hippity hopp this is the place because they offer a BUNNY MATCHING SERVICE which is like bunny dates so your bun can find just the right friend.
They sell hay, bun treats, and tree branches for the buns to chew on. All there products are so MUCH BETTER then you can buy at those chain pet stores. Plus all your $$$ goes to helping buns.
BBBOOOO: To Easter and people who spontaneous bunny shop.
Buns are ADORABLE but they are alot of work.
People, be prepared, your bunny will chew on everything, your shoes, your furniture, the molding on your walls, and yes it is possible the bun may even chew THROUGH your wall (believe it or not ours did & we where pretty darn surprised).
They are pray animals so they will not show you that they are sick. You must monitor your bun closely.
Now all this being said. Don’t let me discourage you either.
It is such a joy to watch there fuzzy buts hop around. And, then the bunny kisses. Your bun will sit and groom you for such long periods of time that you think its little tongue is going to fall off. I LOVE BUNNIES!!!

ALSO: Anyone who has free time or some extra cash please be generous to this organization. They are the best and offer a service that is not easy to find. More and more of these businesses cant afford to stay open and that makes me so sad.
