History

Established in 1989.

In 1989 General Contractor Tim Reisinger founded Total Development Construction Inc. and began building new homes and completing remodels and renovations for Northwest Indiana. Early on we focused primarily or residential construction and remodels to establish our reputation for quality work and customer satisfaction. As our profile grew and TDC became more well known in the community we began expanding our services beyond residential into commercial construction.

Then in 2005, with the addition of our new offices, showroom, and workshop TDC began designing custom cabinets and countertops. Our showroom features top of the line KraftMaid cabinets that are custom ordered to fit any space, and the workshop is utilized to fabricate countertops in a wide variety of materials, colors, and finishes.

Our most recent expansion has added Pella Window installation to offer customers more top quality products to complete their projects.

Tim has been a licensed contractor for more than 30 years and has served as President of the Northwest Indiana Building Trade Association. Tim grew up in Hebron, IN and attended college in Michigan before returning to Valparaiso and starting Total Development.
