I had my household goods stored here for a year while my husband was in boot camp and training for the military and I was in California. ALL of my stuff was wet when the moving company came to pick it up. Even my bed and dresser that were on pallets off the ground. I was never notified of flooding in the area and now most of my stuff has mold or too much water damage to be salvaged. I understand that there was a heavy snowfall over the winter but if my storage unit filled up with 3 feet of water (which it would have had to to have gotten my bed and dresser wet) I should have been notified. Otherwise water must just pour in from the top of the storage unit. So either way, I do not in any way recommend using this company if you value your stuff. Unless of course you want mold and water damage on everything, then by all means, this is the place to go.
