ZI Engineering, PC is established with the mission of providing construction management and engineering services to the government agencies and private industry. We provide Resident Engineering Inspections, Construction Management, Special Inspections, Construction Inspection (Civil, MEP, Electrical), Condition Assessments, Structural Assessments, and Project Controls. We also provide Construction Permit Management, Property Violation Resolution, Certificates of Correction, Professional Certifications and Shop Drawings. Our services cover residential and commercial buildings, facilities, infrastructure and bridges. Our services are offered in the areas of Civil, Structural, Mechanical and Electrical Engineering. ZI Engineering, PC is a professional service corporation headed by Zahid Ismail, PE, who has over 27 years of diverse experience in the fields of buildings, bridges, highways, water mains, sewers, and facilities. He has worked with various city and state agencies of New York including NYSDOT, NYSOGS, NYCDEP, NYCDDC &NYCSCA.

Mr. Zahid Ismail has successfully managed and completed large and complex projects including urban development, water main and sewers, sewage pumping stations, sewer treatment plants, in-​patient facilities, bridges, highways and roads. He has also performed condition inspection of buildings and bridges.
