This place is a complete and total scam!!! I tried this place for the first time because I always pass a huge advertisement on hook creek for an oil change that comes with a complimentary car wash for 19.99. That’s how much I normally pay for an oil change so I thought it was really cool they offer a wash with it. I went to the location that was on the sign and found that on the building is another sign advertising that deal again, so I knew I was at the right place. When I went inside to bring my key the man told me it would b $ 30 after tax… I’ve never experienced that before elsewhere but I figured what the heck nothing free is ever really free right. He told me I pay afterward and so I waited and when my car was finished the bald man ringing me up (very shady and cold vibe) charges me $ 38! I told him I was told 30 and he says NOOO it’s $ 35 and $ 38 after tax. I’m super annoyed. All of that and they didn’t even wash my car. They gave me a voucher for a car wash at a place 4 minutes away. I could’ve went to an average oil place paid my usual $ 20 for a change and then paid $ 7/​$ 8 for a car wash near my home and saved $ 10.

Vinny and the entire team were awesome. I had a banging sound in the front end of my 2006 Dodge Magnum RT, which is one of those common problems, but no one seems to be able to find it. After extensive troubleshooting, working together with me they found and resolved it. The car created a vibration problem in drive at idle after replacing all of the front-​end parts. I took it back and they worked on it for hours, including readjusting all of the replaced components, seemed to help but was still there. I drove it for another week and took it back, now being on a first name basis with Vinny and his crew, expecting to get an attitude, which was ABSOLUTELY NOT THE CASE, especially Vinny who was caring, compassionate and truly interested in getting the problem resolved, no matter what it took or how long. He replaced the engine mounts again, and it fixed the problem (we had two bad mounts from the dealer). I HIGHLY RECOMMEND All Across The Island for any automotive or tire needs. They came highly recommended and they EXCEEDED MY EXPECTATIONS in service and cost.

CROOKS!!! They stabbed my front tire, forcing me to spend $ 350 to replace 2 of them and all I did was come in for a starter & battery… I AM REPORTING THIS BUSINESS TO CONSUMER AFFAIRS… STAY AWAY!!!

1^st time here… Horrible service. White bald guy that sits at the desk was very rude. Go somewhere else for service.

This place is a complete joke. I went in for an inspection and taking a screw out of a tire and they literally took one hour and 45 minutes. It was a very difficult operation for them and their business is pretty much pure garbage.

Worst place ever, bunch of crooks. Took in my Saturn in for service the service manager told me he had about 2200 dollars in parts and repairs, tried to sell me on a credit plan long story short took it to my brothers mechanic and spend 360 dollars.
F U all across the island crooks and thieves.

This is the scam. If you go for an inspection. They tell you your breaks are bad. Then tell you your rotors and brakes need to change. They did this twice in front of me while I was there. They will probably tell you your rear brakes are low and that your rotors are bad. Ironic because front brakes do the most work and go 1^st. They are very expensive. Stay away.
