Phone is disconnected and they are no longer in business. I took my car to Milts Garage instead and had great work done.

I recently had my car serviced here. They addressed the reason for bringing my car in however when I received my car. It was dirty on the inside with residue and the rubber linings on my doors were ripped off and not fixed after the problem. They basically ruined the rubber linings for my doors and left the car completely messy inside. I am very disappointed with their business. I was a regular customer of theirs as well. Between me and my immediate family we take all 9 cars to them every time we had service needs. Now I am forced to go all the way to Napa and I live here locally.

Great mechanics= Great work! Trust me when I say, these guys know what they’re doing from extreme high-​end to your «never gonna let this go» commuter car. This place is under new management. Jay, Clarence, Ed, and Joe will take the best care of your baby. They’ve been working on all kinds of cars all their lives. My family is huge and we all look to them for adding new parts to fixing up with any problems! Bring it in and they’ll hook you up!

I used to frequent this shop quite often and could always rely on Mike for great work, expertise and reasonable pricing. However, I recently went in and something didn’t feel the same. The shop and office weren’t as organized/​neat as they usually are, the staff seemed to be different and the good vibe that is usually there was nonexistent. The conversation I had with the service advisor was not professional and she couldn’t answer my questions or address my concerns.
I have always been able to rely on Mike for great service and I was told that he was no longer part of this organization. I believe that losing Mike is a big negative for Revolution as he was the main reason a lot of people frequented this shop. I will no longer be using Revolution and will track down Mike or find another more reliable and professional shop to service my BMW.

I recently found out that Mike Azucena has left Revolution due to customer service issues, to open a shop in Napa. I”ve used them since they’ve opened and dropped a significant amount of $$$ each visit to keep my geriatric BMW running. I’d never had a problem with them until today, when they apparently decided to change a high beam lamp that had died, unrelated to the current issue my car is having. Sure, fine. I guess some people don’t know how to take five minutes to open the housing and replace the bulb. I guess they think that’s service.
Here’s my gripe:
First of all, there were two bulbs sitting on my checkout paperwork. I had to ask after my card had been run if they changed one of my lights.
In the past, Mike has been really nice about loyalty discounts and the like, so I left, figuring that this was another nice gesture. I got home to find that they charged me $ 20.91 for a bulb that I full well know costs around $ 6.
This is the same lamp with a tricky housing that I meant to have them look at, since I couldn’t get the socket to snap back into the housing, thus causing it to rattle in transit, and thus make it more prone to breaking. I checked the housing when I got home, looking forward to having that lamp locked in, only to find it completely unsecured.
To their defense, I called, let them know the issue, and they said they’d refund me if I drove back in. The guy was apologetic. They then proceeded to charge me $ 7.50 for a bulb that I didn’t ask to be replaced to being with, that was also installed such that the bulb would quickly break again.
I hear you. We’re talking a measly $ 20. But an experience like this over a silly light bulb makes me wonder what additional smarminess is happening on the much, much bigger services my car requires quarterly. Revolution is doing a good job of perpetuating the sketchy reputation that mechanics have come to be known for. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. Mike, if you were closer, I’d be at your shop in a heartbeat.

Previously took my car in for an Inspection II, fast forward to now. Took my car in to a different shop for some work and they said the fuel filter was never replaced. They either charged me for it and didn’t do it or just plain didn’t do it. So they are either dishonest or incompetent.
They overcharge too.
Will NEVER go back

This place is perfefct. The staff are all super friendly. The whole experience went very well. they helped me out on the price. they did very good work on my car. the dent is completely gone off my car door. You can feel safe knowing they will take care of your car. I felt relax and comfortable too. I cant think of any complaints. If you need your car taken care of, go here. dont look anywhere else, this place is the best.

Love this place! We have a 2003 Mercedes E320 that had to have a lot of work done after living in Alaska. And continuously needs maintenance. I even take it in for a simple oil change. I trust no one but Mike and his mechanics and I even work for a multi franchise dealership. Mike has always been so friendly, patient and very knowledgeable about repairs even before he went to revolution we used him. I would 100% recommend him to anyone. It is hands down the most trustworthy place to take your car.

The guys here are the best around. I’ve taken my BMW, Benz, and Honda here and they’ve been knowledgeable in every factor. The service is great and so is the work.
They service all models and do anything from factory maintenance to mods.
I recommend this shop to anyone and anyone seeking quality work on their beloved automobile.
I’ve gotten oil changes, brakes, and other regular required maintenance and there work is consistently superior to any other shop.

This is the cleanest shop I have ever seen! Not only that, these guys are really, really nice and knowledgeable. Their rates are reasonable, and they treated my BMW as if it was their own. Mike went the extra mile to help me out with total courtesy and professionalism. I can only recommend Revolution to anyone looking for a great shop in this area. Revolution is a great auto repair facility with a wonderful staff. Mike is the best and being a former Marine makes him even a better person and businessman. I will only allow two repair facilities to work on any of my vehicles, and this is one of them. This is the best facility for your vehicle in the Vallejo area and in my top 5 in the Bay Area. They are truly a one stop shop. Keep up the good work guys.
