It really does pain my heart to give this an establishment 2 stars. I eat icecream at the very least twice a week. I prefer baskin Robins over coldstones. I know I know… blasphemy. I mean don’t get me wrong I adore coldstones but I like how I can three different scoops of three different flavors at baskin robbins. I usually go to the one on sonoma but since my boyfriend lives closer to the Tennessee location I go here from time to time. When I have the manager scoop my icecream he usually gives me full whole scoops. On Friday he hooked it up. I was craving icecream again the next day on Saturday and decided to give them another visit. This time there was three employees. It seemed like the young man helping me was new to the job. And he really truly skimped out on my scoops. It was more like a double then a triple scoop. I’m a real fat kid and so shoot me if I feel like I need to whine and complain about my scoop sizes lol. I’ve worked at dryer’s icecream shop before and I always used to hook folks up with big ol scoops. It’s safe to say I did not leave these employees a tip that night. It’s safe to say I will only be stepping into this establishment if I see the manager behind the counter.

My grandson and I frequent this place at least once a week. It is very well maintained and the employees always treat us with class. Obviously lots of different flavors to choose from but what I appreciate most is the customer service.

Popped in to pick up an ice cream cake for my girlfriends birthday. I was able to get some personalization on the cake she pulled out of the freezer and I was out of there in 5 minutes.

This is one of my favorite ice cream spots in Vallejo and they are GREAT at last minute orders for ice cream cakes… The staff was great and made ordering the cake so easy… I forgot and ordered it last minute and the young lady on the phone was very patient with me and the order was on time and perfect… I LOVETHEIRCHERRIESJUBILEEICECREAM!!!

Order a strawberry milkshake extra thick for my mom and it was perfect. I ordered a cappuccino blast with Jamocha almond fudge it was so yummy. The girls that were there tonight are friendly and upbeat and seem to enjoy their jobs. Wish I could give this BR10 stars.

Typical Baskin Robbins. They always have bubblegum ice cream, which Is hard to find. The guy that works behind the counter is always super nice and courteous. I enjoy giving them my business.

Man this place sucks. I ordered a malt and the first thing she ask was the size. I said medium. When I got my shake it was a large and I had already paid for it. When I ask her why did I get a large she said I thought you said large. Really! Medium sounds like large.

A second place I would like to give no zero stars to. Called today, 6÷30÷2011, and a girl answered the phone, hella attitude. Psshh! And put me on hold, and I heard her chatting away about bull-ish. Horrible place! :-P Good for them I wasn’t there in person. Would of caused hell for that girl. :-P

$ 2 ice cream. But really good $ 2 scoop ice cream. If you go to the other location after 6pm on Tuesdays(for an hour or so), the same ice cream is $ 1. Baskin Robbins still has the best mint chocolate chip ice cream ever.
