I just bought a Mini Cooper countryman from autolinx. They sold me the car with multiple small dents in the hood that I did not notice and they did not disclose. They said it was in excellent condition except for a few scratches that could be buffed out and a small dent on the bumper. The total cost on fixing just the dents on the hood is $ 900. There is a ding on one of the doors, besides the ding on the bumper that all together to fix is over $ 1000. Why would they sell a car that needs body work above market value. It should have been heavily discounted due to the repair costs and inconvenience of having to deal with fixing a car one just purchased. Typical of used car dealerships… I guess the generalizations of salesmen in these type of establishments run true. Better off going to the dealership where you can purchase certified pre-​owned cars and have the peace of mind they are in great condition. I’m sure they bought it heavily discounted and made a good profit. By the way, at first they said it was in excellent condition and after I finished the paperwork and then Nick told me to remember that used cars are not perfect… Not from them, that’s for sure.

In general, very pleased with the purchasing process and the car I bought from Ed & Nick at Autolinx. Nice people, had pretty much exactly what I was looking for and worked with me on getting the vehicle checked out by an independent shop as well as my timing to pick up the car. The only hick up was paper work with the DMV but in the end it all worked out, just a little hassle. Great service, solid inventory of unique or hard to find cars and fair process, I would definitely purchase again from them.

Let me try and list all the reasons I am giving a five star review to these guys. First of all they have a large selection of amazing cars and good prices. They also have a genuine desire to create a great buying experience. Their level of service and attention to the details of removing stress focusing on fun is obvious in the first 10 minutes you are there. They let me drive 5 cars which were all great and pricing seemed to be very approachable. There was no pressure at all. After the fifth drive Nick asked which car I liked. I selected the very low miles lexus. We sat down and had some lunch then Ed asked what I wanted. I had a trade and told him the deal I was looking for. I asked him if I had made it clear and he said yes. Two minutes later we show hands and I had the most awesome car at thousands less than the Lexus dealer had offered. I want to buy three more now. THESE GUYS ROCK.

Looked all over for a F-​150 Platinum and these guys had exactly what I was looking for. Drove down from Sacramento and was quite impressed. It was low miles, the exact options I wanted and cleanest I’d seen after looking at many Platinums. Mike, the sales person, was great as well all the others who helped. Easy to work with, not pushy and super friendly (of course :-)). He and his team examined my trade-​in, we agreed on a fair deal and wrapped up the purchase rather quickly and thoroughly. I walked out happy and still am happy with my purchase months later. It’s a great truck from a great team and that’s why I had no problem giving 5 stars.

I can’t say enough good things about this dealership. I’ve purchased two cars (BMW most recently) and have recommended many friends — all with great results. Ed and his team are straight shooters, very professional and knowledgable. They only have low mileage, gorgeous cars at very competitive prices — my biggest issue was which car to buy. If you’re looking for low mileage, honest cars at a great price, make sure to put Autolinx on your list of dealerships to visit.

I just bought a Jaguar from Autolinx. The experience was fantastic! I worked with Nick and Ed. Courteous and professional. They offered a very fair price. The car was detailed; the paperwork swift. Soup to nuts, 2 hours. They did not have one of the key fobs on the day of the sale, so Nick delivered it to me the next day. Next used car I buy will be from Autolinx!

I purchased a beautiful Lexus from AutoLinx Last Year. My experience was incredible, it actually was a car I had been wanting for a long time. I went down just to look at the cars, and behold they were getting in a new shipment of cars and my beautiful Lexus was waiting for me. I brought in all of the paperwork that Ed, Ron, and Cornelious said to bring in and in less than 30 minutes I was driving away in my car. I receive so many compliments about my beautiful car, it runs well and I will always purchase my luxury cars from AUTOLINX, these are my new peeps who I appreciate. Get there quick they run out of them fast.

I didn’t buy any car from Autolinx but I did have a good experience of having a test drive over there. I started looking for a Boxster one week ago and found a 2011 with incredible low mileage (less than 10K) in Autolinx. Nick replied to my email and we went back and forth for all the details and finally they offered a very good price. I drove to Autolinx on Saturday, met Ed (Nick wasn’t there), and got a test drive. The process was a pleasure, no pressure at all. They didn’t try hard to sell it, didn’t play any sales tricks, all you had was a good service.
I didn’t buy the Boxster in Autolinx because at end I decided to get an S version, but I’d recommend to anyone if you want to get a used car with a competitive price and a good service, you should consider Autolinx.

When you walk in they will of course treat you great and try to do everything to make you feel like you are their number one customer. None of their employees will take accountability for any issues you have with a car purchased from them. Only simply say «I just work here talk to the owner» then you talk to the owner and he says“sorry not my problem you drove off the lot“
I bought a 2009 mercedes from Nick at Autolinx and right away I noticed suspension problems. I told him about these problems right away and he assured me the car would correct itself as it adjust heights depending on speed. This never happened and the suspension was off on the right side. I called the owner and told him I told nick as soon as I bought the car that I noticed this and he said that it was my problem and he was not going to take responsibility for it. I had bought the car and with in two weeks told them about this problem. Less then two months after purchasing the car I brought it in to get fixed and $ 1500 dollars later (out of my pocket) it is fixed.
These guys are liars, cheats, and will say anything to get you to purchase their cars. When you drive off the lot no matter if it was five minutes or two months they will not help you with any problems to their cars. Do not buy from this dealership!!! They are shady!!!

I’d have to disagree with the validity of many of the negative reviews. I traded in my baby, a lovely BMW here and purchased an Acura. This by far was the cleanest Acura around and at the best price.
I’ve dealt with many dealerships. BMW, Mercedes, Honda, Acura, and GM. And I can comfortably say that these guys are great.
The TSX was spotless except for a broken taillight. And guess what, they ordered me a replacement AFTER I purchased a car. I couldn’t count how many times a luxury brand-​name dealership took care of me after the sale.
I recently took the Acura to the dealer for maintenance and everything is good. Except for maintenance items, but that’s irrelevant.
It’s a little disconcerting seeing people complain about maintenance or repairs. Buyer: it’s a used car — prepare to pay. You’re getting a nice car at a good price. If you want no problems purchase NEW. I’ve purchased german cars from dealerships that racked up thousands in repairs, so if you want to play then you need to pay.

***BEWARE*** This dealer is the typical used car dealer we’ve all heard about and try our best to avoid. I found a car, made an offer on a vehicle being sold as is, but wanted to get a full inspection to make sure I wasn’t purchasing a «LEMON» since the Carfax showed a lot of past incidents. I asked them if it was ok for me to take the car to a mechanic of my choice at my expense, and if everything worked out, we had a deal. The gentleman Ed agreed with no problem. After I arranged everything, Ed told me the person they were selling the car for (the mechanic in the back of their dealership) took the car back and sold it to someone from Craigslist. I know for a fact the car was not listed on craigslist for the 2 months I had been shopping around. I actually found the car listed on CarGurus. Ed lied straight to my face, telling me I was the only buyer for the car, not to worry, etc. These guys are professional liars with no integrity at all. I’m so glad I dodged that bullet.

These guys are just the kind of people I want to deal with when I buy a used car. I called them the other day because they had a model I wanted (Porsche Cayman S), and made arrangements to meet them. The next day I went to check the car out and take it for a test drive. After the test drive we talked about pricing and so on, and during the whole process there was an atmosphere of relaxation and service. They are car enthusiasts and actually know technical details about many models which for someone like me is a big plus. It’s no fun talking to a salesperson who knows only about sales and nothing about the cars they are selling. The price they were willing to offer the Cayman S for was fair, and it was almost exactly the car I wanted, but I had to think about it for a day, which they were fine with. I ended up deciding that I need to wait a few months for a purchase like that, but when I am ready I will definitely check these guys out again. They have already earned a future sale from me!

I was shopping small/​mid size SUVs for about 3 weeks, with a budget of $ 8K or less and was very dejected after nearly every dealer I’d been to: offered no cars to test drive, being asked to go way beyond my budget UNTIL I went to see Dennis at AutoLinx. The 2003 Chevy Trailblazer was in mint condition. I was shown the complete CarFax, went for a test drive, but since this was only the second car I’d driven, I thought, «I needed to ‘look some more».
Well, in a few days of more looking, I noticed I kept comparing cars to this Trailblazer. So I called while still on the lot of another dealer and talked to Ed, the finance manager. We made the initial agreement over the phone, a very a smooth conversation, not a «negotiation». I got my car well under budget, with a warranty (and we all know older cars always have little things wrong), they agreed to fix them for no additional cost!
When I made the very easy drive back to Vallejo to finalize the contract, Ed and Dennis made this the easiest car purchase ever! Literally out the door in 40 minutes. From what I saw in my visits to their dealership, they only offer high-​quality vehicles in a clean, comfortable, no-​pressure setting. Pay AutoLinx a visit, you will be very satisfied!

My girl and I had been looking for a Jeep Grand Cherokee and had a bad e experience with another used car dealer the day before so I went in on my lunch break since I work across the street to look at the Jeep on their lot it wax awesome I was greeted by Ron I believe a very nice older gentlemen he showed me the car and I fell in love with it I told I’d be returning later in the evening so we did the owner Ed was super friendly and let us take it for a spin my girl was head over heels for this car be were never pressured in any way and we were treated with respect and in our book that’s very important Ed helped us out with the financing and we were off so all in all a great experience at Autolinx if anyone needs a car I highly HIGHLY recommend this dealer thanks again Ed
