Came in to check out a purse. Found out it wasn’t really in my price range. I had the pleasure of being helped by Vivian. She was so helpful, so sweet, and so funny. I’m so glad I decided to go in when I did. I bought the purse! Thank u Vivian and if that store knows what’s good, they won’t ever let her go ;)

I went in tonight to check out some new sandals since I had seen some online and wanted to see what looked good in store. Jaleesa helped me out and she was awesome! She was the only one there at the time because she mentioned someone was on break, but she was on top of everything. There were several people in the store and she was getting sizes for everyone, ringing people up and talking to new people when they walked in. She was also so friendly and helpful, giving me input on what size looked right and which shoes were more comfortable. I was so impressed especially with how busy she was. I never write in Unilocal but I had to compliment her.

Great selection of shoes. Although sometimes out of my size they offer to order for me and ship to my house, which is very fast and convenient. I have had great experience shopping at this steve madden, especially when dealing with Nora. She is always very kind and helpful. She doesn’t pressure you into buying anything… which I really like. I have come to a point where I only like going there when she is working. Thanks, Nora for your great customer service.
