SoCal Document Guru was established in 2010 by Michelle R. Spier. Based in Santa Clarita Valley, we provide courier, Notary Public and Legal Document Assistance to individuals and business professionals throughout Los Angeles County.

SoCal Document Guru is registered as a business with the Los Angeles County. Our Notaries are all commissioned by the State of California and meet all bonding requirements. Additionally, our notaries carry a $ 100,000 Errors & Omissions policy for our clients protection. Our Legal Document Assistants are ABA Certified Paralegals and are also registered and bonded as Legal Document Assistants with Los Angeles County.

Our services are regularly used by individuals and business professionals in the fields of law and real estate. On any given day you can find one of our members notarizing at a local coffee shop, performing a loan closing at an escrow office, or assisting an attorney with trial preparations.

SoCal Document Guru is bonded, insured (errors and omissions) and carries all registrations and permits required by Los Angeles County. Additionally, we are proud members of the following organizations: National Notary Association (NNA), Notary Café, 123Notaries, Notary Rotary, Los Angeles Paralegal Association, Los Angeles Bar Association, UCLA Alumni Association, and Yelp.

Manager

SoCal Document Guru is spearheaded by Michelle R. Spier. Mrs. Spier has been a paralegal in Los Angeles County for the past 10 years, and has worked with some of the best attorneys in Beverly Hills and the Westside. Her legal experience is primarily in the fields of personal injury, business, real estate and family law. Mrs. Spier holds a B.A. degree and Paralegal Certification from the University of California-​Los Angeles (UCLA). She began her career by working in the Family Law Facilitators Office & Self Help Center within the Los Angeles Superior Court and continued to develop her skills and experience while working for the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department. Mrs. Spier prides herself on friendly service and accurate work product.
