DO NOT USE THIS PLACE !!! they don’t work for you the consumer, THEY WORK FOR THE INSURANCE COMPANY, after a car accident in January 2016, the insurance company recommended them, I should not have gone there, the work is poor, any one can put a fender, and bumper I had to go back twice, and the problem never fixed, after a front side collision they have released the truck back to me with multiple issues, inside Cabin light not working, turn signal at the collision side, wasn’t working, and the car was making Grinding noise, while driving, truck was dangerous to drive and while going in to a dip the truck would wobble to either side, almost loosing control and the same while breaking, and they have not done alignment after I have brought the car back and forth to them, they have finally done alignment when this didn’t work they have adjusted the toe, three-​four weeks after the last time I was there I heard terrible grinding noise from front end, when I checked it it turned to be the breaks, my break pads were 3 month old and had 10k miles at best when I opened the breaks, on the accident side one pad was completely gone, other side, and the twin break on same side were all the same with at list 40% left ,
needless to say, there work is poor, truck was there for two weeks initially, then back and forth, on all kind of issues including grinding noise, which they couldn’t locate with there «very experienced mechanic, Nick and the owner Maurice while all along nothing was really checked, they were looking at the broken parts and replaced them, but never looked beyond what they saw, I could tell them, they need to replace the bumper, hood and fender, AS OF NOW I HAVE PLACED 4 calls to nick and Maurice and got no answer to date, NEEDLES to say I will see them in court after I will have it all fixed by professionals
and will keep you posted

Dealing with damage to your car is always a headache. Thankfully for once it honestly wasn’t. Came in for an estimate this morning and David was honestly great. Really friendly right off the bat and made this process as smooth as possible. I explained to him what my concerns were and he took the time to listen and did his best to help. Fingers crossed nothing happens to my car again, but if it does I would definitely come back. I already have a shop I go to, but I would definitely consider coming here.

Great service and everyone in the office is AMAZING. I had to bring my car here a few times and everytime has been amazing they treat you well they make everything so easy and its just an all around great experience.

Honestly, if I can give this place no stars I would. I took my car into this shop after getting into a car accident late 2015 because I read the great Unilocal reviews, however that’s not what happened in my case. They failed to fix my car the proper way and added cheap parts that caused my transmission and ac to stop working. My car would always overheat. They didn’t want to do anything about the problem until I filed another insurance claim and now they are barely fixing the mistake they should had done back in November. The staff is rude, could definitely use improvement in the whole courtesy department. Be careful with the parts that you have in the vehicle, they definitely are not honorable people. I even spoke to the owner of the shop and he clearly doesn’t care in improving since he allows his staff to be that way. Wished that Jesse guy could had been honest with his work alongside with the front desk clerk Lorna, who lacks respect.
Please do not waste your time here, but if you do be prepare to be treated with utter disrespect.

Maurice and his crew did a great job getting my brand new Mustang back in shape. They weren’t the quickest, but it was only because they made the effort to get everything right. They handled all of the insurance issues as the repair needed replacements for some big ticket items when the adjustor had called for repair only. They really want or of their way to get it right. I’ll be back with the restoration project that’s collecting dust on my garage.

After a fairly nasty front end collision, my insurance company recommended Auto World Collision Center. From the first call I made to Jesse, I was pleased with the way they dealt with me. Top notch service, great communication including status updates on progress on my vehicle, handling the rental car for me and very important, they did a fantastic job on repairing my truck. I give these folks 5 stars for service and Quality of work, and I am quite picky about these things. A+++ in my book

I am new to the area and was referred to Auto World by my insurance company. I couldn’t be any happier with my experience. From the receptionist, to the ease of scheduling an appointment, to my visit to the shop, Auto World was outstanding. They offer excellent customer service, a clean and inviting office/​lobby space, warm staff, and the service provided by the estimator was prompt, professional & friendly service. I would definitely go back to Auto World in the future for any auto-​body repair needs I may have and certainly recommend them to anyone that needs a top notch, convenient and highly professional auto body service shop!

I had to write a review for the absolutely exquisite service and repair we received from Auto World. I have Geico insurance and they referred me to them after someone backed into my car while I was parked.
I had gone to 2 other places in Santa Clarita for estimates (not knowing that Geico likes these guys…) and Auto World’s estimate was lower than both, and the job they did was simply outstanding! It looks like it never happened! Nick went above and beyond to help us, and we were so grateful for his knowledge and expertise. Everyone there was so kind (which is really appreciated when you’re under stress from your car being hit), and they arranged for a rental car for us right there.
Thank you, Nick, for being so wonderful (and a big thank you to your service technicians)!!! I see why Geico likes them so much. :)

Avoid if its possible! There are other and much better bodyshops in the area. I was referred here by my insurance because they had a partnership and they would take my car as a priority and would guarantee it.
Well I’m not sure how many other priorities they had in front because from the moment after it was dropped off it went bad.
After talking the car in for an initial estimate they gander me a quote and said it would be a two day job unless there were further repairs. With that in mind, made an appointment with a week in advance to make sure parts and paint would be in by the time I dropped it off and it could get done on time.
After drop off they promised a tear down and an update of anything further work was needed… never got the update. Had to call the day after to ask if they had completed it and see if it could be picked up the promised date. Apparently they got too busy and they didn’t have time to do the work they needed to get done the first day to meet their deadline. Ultimately it got pushed back a day.
On the extra day that was supposed to be picked up, they still had not received a part of the bumper that was getting replaced. This was not mentioned before in any of the conversations and a week and a half had passed before said they would place the order… weird.
After having to wait for that to come in it took an extra day. It ultimately took 5 days when it should have only been 2. And this is the place where I would be a priority.
After they called and said it was ready, the labor was poor and garage left over parts were installed. Alignment on the bumper was horrible see before and after pictures. Had to get the owner of the place out to the car to show him how bad it was. I was literary able to stick my finger in between. They took the truck to try to get it fixed since it was only 2 screws to make it align. Somehow this did not get done when they installed it. after over an hr of wait they finally got everything as it should have been and I was able to drive away in my car.

Awesome place! Nice and warm people! My 2006 Trailblazer was rear ended and Auto World took care of it like a champ! My utmost concern was the paint tone matching since its a 9yr old truck, the factory paint should be faded by now but Auto World matched it perfectly… they also did a 4-​wheel alignment and my favorite part was the wash & wax! Thank you Jesse!

Courteous service but terrible work! After paying $ 3000+ out of pocket, I got my BMW M3 back and the right side was ¼ inch lower than the left, after they assured me everything would be precision leveled with their laser system. My passenger door still doesn’t close properly. And they failed to put my dashboard back together correctly. Unbelievable.

I was recently in an accident on August 24, 2015. I dropped my car off within 30 minutes of the accident. They assisted me with getting a rental car immediately and had my car done today. Throughout the process I was kept informed with text message updates. I can not say enough about the entire process.

Wow! I am so impressed with Auto World. From the time I dropped off my car, they have been in contact with me. The whole process off dropping my car, getting a rental at Auto Worlds location took less than 45 minutes. The rental car was waiting for me so I didn’t have to drive to the location for pick up. I have used Auto World Collision Center many a time and have never been disappointed.

Won’t bring my car or truck to anyone else!

I was recently in an accident where my car was sandwiched in between 2 cars. I have Geico insurance and was referred here through Geico’s «express repair» program. I’m really glad I took my car here. The estimated repair time was 2 weeks but they managed to finish a week early. When I picked up my car I came in with negative thinking like, «it’ll never be the same» but was pleasantly surprised.
My car looked brand new. The paint job was perfect, they didn’t put a band aid fix on structural damage, applied brand new parts where needed, and gave a very detailed breakdown of everything that was fixed. The customer service was awesome and I have my baby back way before expected.
The repair is guaranteed and in good hands.

I have had my car repaired here twice and they have been great. Both times my car was back to normal and they made the process seamless for me. I will continue to refer my friends and family to this shop. Thanks again.

My wife was in a small accident. She took it to auto world for a estimate and ended up having it repaired there. They took care of everything including the rental car from their location. You hope to never need a body shop again, if we do we will go back to Auto World.

My car had front driver side damage and Auto World was very accommodating to what I needed. Jessie who help me out is very friendly and understanding. He took care of all my paper work and my insurance stuff. He even look into getting me a rental. They have someone there to set up a car right from their office. No need to go to a rental dealership. They come to you!!! Blake who is the rental dealer did everything he could to get me into a 7 passenger vehicle. I was very pleased that he found a car that would fit my family. The front receptionist is very friendly and sweet! She definitely knows what she’s doing and is very organized. When my car was ready to be picked up I noticed that they even wash my car for me. Making my car looking brand new again!!! Thank you so much Auto world for making my experience fast and easy! I would definitely recommend you to all my family and friends.

My daughter was in an accident where she was sandwiched between two cars and her Honda was damaged pretty bad. Not sure how we ended up at Auto World, but unfortunately we did.
I don’t want to exhaust this review with pointless dribble so let’s get to it.
Cosmetically the car looked ok when we want to pick it up, but…
1) she was hit so hard that the seatbelt was almost yanked out of the frame and was not repaired initially, what a huge display of ignorance and a great danger to me and my family. They repaired it the second time.
2) I was getting engine rattle, took it back to this place and Jessie’s first response, before even looking at the vehicle was «I don’t think it was from the accident.» Nice huh? Turns out that there was a busted engine mount, that was missed. (Huge liability)
To be honest, I can go on, and on. They back peddle, and try all types of b.s. to not do what they are paid to do.
I really don’t like lawyers, but experiencing Auto Worlds ignorance, and lack of customer service, I see why people sue.
I am a resident of Valencia, and a local business owner, and I would ask that anyone reading this review to seriously consider coming here. There are a lot better places than this, and the residents of this city deserve better. We are now back for the third time, and still we get slick talk, and excuses of how it wasn’t from the accident.
Good job Jesse, we love the professional attitude. DONT COME HERE PEOPLE.
