Went here today for an oil change. I waited 25 minutes and TWO other cars that arrived after me were taken ahead of me. There was an empty bay 3, they had me pull behind bay 2 and then someone else pulls right into bay 3 and they were serviced right away. Then the bay 1 car left and instead of pulling my car in there, another car pulled into it. Unacceptable. I will never come back to this Valvoline. I usually stick to the Wapp and Fishkill locations and will continue to do so.

The supervisor is somewhat knowledgable however the workers lack the very basic, unfortunately it too late to teach commonsense. I’ve been going there for quite sometime but I think I’ll find somewhere else. In the end, you will get the service you requested if you are stern.
As a reminder: do not sit in the waiting area and watch tv. Put all focus on your vehicle, you will see things that will blow your mind. Then again you might not, if they know you’re watching they usually complete the job to perfection. Take your eyes away and your not guarantee a good service.

First time using this business. Manny greeted me when I arrived with an authentic and pleasant smile. As my car was being, serviced I watched how the rest of the team interacted with customers. Efficient, sincere, helpful with a customer service attitude. I have not seen such a well run local business in many years. It was a pleasure watching their leader interact with the young men working there.. keep up the good work gentlemen!

This place is extremely slow! Signs everywhere always say no wait. Whenever I am there they always say I have to change or replace something. I find this odd considering I just changed it 3000 miles ago. They are constantly trying to up sell you something. The employees are constantly smoking in the facility which is a turn off in itself. I do not recommend this place!

Slow, slow, slow. Came here for a simple oil change on a normal new car. Oil filter out of stock, no one says Anything until I notice three other cars leave that came after mine. They sent the manager to walk and get me a filter from a local auto parts store.
He walked! So instead of going quickly in a car, he walks to get the filter. Then he stops at Dunking and walks back in with a huge coffee!
Customers and their time are not important at this location.
Far from «INSTANT OIL CHANGE» as advertised.
