Food quite disappointing. I had a «vegetable pie»…I’m not sure what was inside but the veggies wouldn’t have filled a tea spoon… maybe it was just polenta. The crust was soggy and minimal, and over the whole mess was a white sauce that they put on several dishes which enhanced it none. And for this…$ 23! Unfortunately Northside has become like many Vail Valley restaurants… an expensive disappointment. Other than the ownership and management, the problem is in the kitchen. not much formal training there! Will not be going back!

Stopped here for quick takeout dinner. Great burger and philly cheese fresh to order and excellent ice cream. All very reasonable. Yes, even here in Vail. Very friendly staff John

This place more often than not is my go to morning commute stop, and sometimes it is even an evening stop. The Biscuit sandwiches are filling and tasty, the coffee drinks are made quickly and my favorite doughnut(plain glazed) are almost too good. On my way home in the evening, I can get a burger for cheaper than fast food prices that actually tastes really good. I want to take a half star off for not having anything to compliment the burger like some fries or chips.

I love this place. Lived in Vail for 27 years but now I come over from the Western Slope for 2 days a week. I stop here a lot!!! The staff is unbelievable and I have NEVER encountered a bad attitude which is unfortunately not the norm in the Vail Valley. Bravo!!!

We stopped here on our way over to Aspen and I must say I was very skeptical. As we were all starving I didn’t think this little market would satisfy my breakfast craving. BOYWAS I WRONG! This place severs up a amazing breakfast burrito, I would highly recommend it to anyone. It’s definitely on my must do list anytime I’m in Vail now. Thanks!

What a great little place to stop and grab coffee and a snack! They have such unique options, and a lot of variety. I appreciated their array of gluten free options.

Wow! What a great burger! I was surprised that the double bacon cheese burger was so reasonably priced. The burger was perfectly cooked and was juicy and tasty! I also got the homemade cookies that they had packed on the counter top. Nice place to go grab a good lunch! I will be going back anytime I am back in Vail! I would add some tables in there do people can eat. This is just a suggestion.

Just waited 40 minutes for a breakfast. Food is great but serious staffing issues. Place is a joke. Poor staff, feel bad for them. I would have quit. The owners should be embarrassed.

I frequent this place for lunch at work. Eating tomato basil soup and a turkey BLT right now and it is delicious! Never a bad experience in my experience.

Not nearly as good as the Avon location. The service was good. But I was far from impressed with the breakfast sandwich I got… Maybe it was just s bad day. Everyone I’ve talked to loves this place!

I’ve never heard a bad word about their food, but as far as my experience goes, I can say their espresso drinks are solid and relatively well priced. I’ve only hit them up early morning, and the staff isn’t very bubbly, but then again, not very many people are at that time of day. It’s small, but people seem to like to hang out outside the store, too.

Wow, Jim,(!!) North Side Café is not your«average fare,» here in the Vail Valley. Your restaurant redefines«take-out;» I now understand«grab-&-go». Excellent Salmon Quinoa entre, and the Fillet is tasty enough to converted a hard core vegan! The few times I have enjoyed food that much(let alone grab-&-go), I was at Juniper’s in Edwards or Terra Bistro. How much fun can you have for ½ the price in a relaxed & interesting European style café? Try North Side next time. Jim’s staff has gone out of their way to provide our valley with healthy, tasty and fun,. .. grab-&-go or sit down!

I never write reviews but this place deserves a great one. We ate breakfast here and the food was outstanding. The owner came by to tell us about dinner service so we make a reservation. I had the 14 oz prime rib. It was outstanding. My wife had the most creative lobster ravioli. People, support this place, it’s fantastic… service, people and the food

I love this place! Bring in your own cup and you can order whatever fancy coffee drink you want for the price of a small coffee which $ 2.71. They also have quick breakfast sandwiches, grocery items hard to find at Safeway and city market. If you are in to donuts they have a ton and some larger than a frisbee. Organic produce plus the employees are really nice.

Absolutely fantastic breakfast sandwiches/burritos! And they are open until 2am Friday’s/Saturday’s which is great for West Vail!

The food is exceptional. I have eaten here 3 times in three days being here. They have a crispy powdered donut that is out of this world. Their glazed donuts are exceptional as well. I had a filet magnon breakfast burrito that was phenomenal. I would highly recommend it. I also ordered their blueberry pancakes, that were some of the best I have ever had. It comes with a brown sugar butter that is so good. I also had their half pound burger that was on point. The fries were crispy and delicious as well. I would try anything at the restaurant because everything I have had was great. I don’t normally write reviews but this place was above and beyond my standards(which are very high). You need to eat here if you are in the area!

This place is amazing! Had sausage egg and cheese sandwich and it was great!!! Would definitely go back. The service was fast and they were also very kind people. The sausage was even homemade.
