History
Established in 1988.
A Swiss born and trained pastry chef opened the bakery before the first World Ski Championships held in Vail in 1989. Still owned by this chef with his wife.

Business Owner
Originally from South Dakota, I moved to Colorado in 1988 and married my Swiss husband in 1991. I became involved in the bakery after the birth of our son in 1993 when we bought out our partners. I now manage the restaurant and do the bookkeeping for the business.
