Pilates by Design offers a broad range of studio based classes using a range of Pilates equipment, including the Reformer, the Cadillac and the Chair, to promote personal health and well-being. Whether recovering from an injury or looking to get in shape, we welcome all into our friendly and positive studio.
We believe Pilates is a gateway to enhance your quality of life both physically and mentally. It develops muscle strength, coordination, flexibility and balance using resistance and assistance in creative ways that help the body get to where it needs to be for optimal performance. We motivate our clients to reach their fitness goals and access their inner strength, helping them move through life with renewed strength, ease and grace.
Run by licensed physical therapy aide and BASI Certified Pilates instructor Jeni Ivovic, classes are an hour long and held 6 days a week in a space that can accommodate up to six people per class. We have 45 classes available to fit any schedule!
History
Established in 2011.
Pilates by Design first opened its doors in 2011. The owner, Jeni, wanted to create a space that was warm and welcoming to all who wanted to practice Pilates and improve personal health and well-being.
Meet the Business Owner

Business Owner
A licensed physical therapy assistant, Jeni started teaching Pilates in 2004 and has been working with Pilates equipment since 1996 as a component of physical rehabilitation. A certified boot camp instructor and owner of Vacaville Adventure Bootcamp, she has a B.S. in Health Education Fitness and Wellness from Idaho State University.
Jeni is passionate about Pilates and aims to help others discover their inner strength, developing and enhancing her clients’ physical abilities. BASI (Body Arts and Science) trained, she also has experience with varying Pilates practices and styles. With a strong background accommodating injuries and surgeries, acute or chronic, Jeni will work with any limitations. She believes Pilates is for everyone at every level.
