Kelch & Shea Associates Inc., was established in 1988. Our main office is located in Vacaville, CA and service clients nationwide. Kelch & Shea provides service solely to the automotive industry. All our recruiters have extensive automotive backgrounds to better service the needs of our clients.

Started working in the automotive business in the mid 80’s. Promoted within the business office several time during my 15+ year career. The last 5 years in the business I was a F&I Manager. Loved my job and my co-​workers but the hours took it’s toll. I started recruiting for Kelch & Shea in 1998 and have been placing qualified candidates ever since. I have been a recruiting specialist for the past 12 years. I’m seeking new clients every day, as well as, new candidates looking for the better opportunity.
