Starting as an online iPhone parts supplier in 2008, iParts And Phone Repairs was born. With a $ 10 dollar website and lots of hard work marketing online, our founder, Alika Salazar has built his business into a 7 figure a year sustainable business today. Expanding into the retail arena with a commercial location in 2009, iParts And Phone Repairs has broken gross sales every month in the year of 2009 with no end in sight. Alika’s training on electronics was made possible by his father, who is his business partner and a US Navy veteran trained electronics technician. With self training on every model iPhone and guidance, Alika hopes to grow his Gadget repair business to many locations for years to come.

Although they did fix the screen that was shattered, the camera then did not work. Took it back in and they tried to mess with it and the camera still did not work. Their selling point to me was that although the same price as the insurance this was, you would still have your phone and everything on it. Now in order to get all the functions of the phone I either need to get another one or pay another $ 150+ through insurance.

The quality of the company very upon which employee you get on which day. Last week we took an iPad mini in to have a cracked screen replaced and the gentleman was professional and efficient. I had my iPad back in hours. So then when our kids Xbox HDMI adapter became loose this week we called and spoke to the same gentleman who kindly stated it would be a quick fix soldering job and he could get it right back to us so our son can enjoy his new Xbox games over their Christmas vacation. HOWEVER, today we called to check the status of our repair the employee we reached stated it would be 3 to 7 days. This is NOT what we were told when we dropped it off yesterday. We were told it would be a quick fix and they would have it right back to us (just like the iPad the previous week). When we dropped it off there were no «jobs» ahead of us. Today there is a whole line of «jobs» ahead of ours. Not sure how jobs that came in after ours become priority over ours. When we asked the employee today he did not seem to care if they had our business at all and said to come pick up our unfixed item. I sincerely hope the owner of this company sees this review and looks up who the employee is today (12⁄29) and who it was yesterday (12⁄28) and re-​evaluates his/​her staffing if they want to encourage repeat business, especially mine (I have 5 boys, my house is FULL of electronics always in need of repair).
End result: Last week’s employee gives this place 5 Stars. Today’s employee gives this place 1 Star.

I went here to get my iPhone 5s screen fixed. It was completely shattered, with pieces of glass falling out. They fixed in an hour and a half. Their prices are moderate, it cost us only $ 99 to get my screen replaces.

Took my wife’s iPhone 4s in for a cracked screen. I wasn’t sure if anybody still fixed these. My wife likes her phone. Rachel, who was nice and professional, gave me a reasonable price, especially for an old phone. It was done in about an hour. My wife is as happy as can be. Thanks!

Wow! Amazing work and cheaper than everyone else in the area! They were upfront with their prices and the amount of time it would take to get the repair done. I took in my son’s iPod touch and they delivered as promised! I had tried several other repair shops but they were either too expensive or didn’t even know if my iPod could be repaired before finally finding this location… Glad I took my business here! I won’t be needing any repairs anytime soon but if I do, I know where to go!

Took my Note2 in for a charging port replacement. Great customer service, very professional and extremely knowledgeable about my phone and others. Best Buy had told me the phone could not be repaired. Within 2 hours I had my phone back and it works like new.

I came in here because my mac air died and I didn’t want to drive 1+ hours to go to the apple store. iParts & Phone Repairs offers free diagnosis, and the worker (Andrew I think) was nice enough to push my laptop up because I needed it back ASAP to finish my summer homework.
I swore it was the battery (and it still might be, I have to bring my laptop back in to finish the diagnosis) but it turned out it was the charger plus whatever else is wrong with it. Andrew called me a day after I dropped off my computer and told me that I needed a new charger, when I came it my laptop was keeping a charge with the new charger so I took my mac back home to catch up on work. I will be bringing back my mac to finish the diagnosis and get in a new battery.
The apple store quoted me about 150 to put in the new computer and a turn around rate of about 1 week. iParts & Phone Repairs quoted me 150 as well, offered me 5% off with a Unilocal check in, and could finish the work in 3 – 5 hours.

I had left my iphone 4 on top of my car and drove off. As you can imagine, both sides shattered, but luckily the phone still worked! I took it to iParts & Phone Repair and they were able to replace both sides in one hour. I also picked up a new really cute phone case! It’s been two weeks and the phone works great! Love these guys, great prices, highly recommend. :-)

iPad 3 Screen (digitizer) Replacement.
I accidentally broke the screen on my iPad3, and the touchscreen no longer worked. $ 119 to fix it here, was done within about 3 hours. Easy to deal with and friendly. Just picked it up and my iPad looks and works fantastic again.
While I was in Roseville earlier in the day, I had a quote for $ 150 for the exact same job. I will gladly return here for future electronic fixes. Thanks iParts!

My daughter was over visiting last night and when she left, she stepped out on the front porch and dropped and shattered her iPhone 5 screen. Being the mama bear, I recommended she go to iParts & iPhone Repairs on Davis Street (and not to forget to take her coupon from the Monthly Grapevine)!
The next morning she texted me to say she had her phone repaired and it was even better than when she dropped it off (it took 45 min). Before, her camera was a little fuzzy and now it was working great in addition to the screen looking new!
I’m so happy we have this service available in Vacaville, and make sure you give them a call before replacing or using insurance (the deductible was more than the repair!).
