I dropped my 6+ and didn’t want to pay the $ 300 my company tried to charge so I decided to get it fixed somewhere else. Unilocaled iPhone repair and saw that Johnny did house calls and thought this is perfect, since I’m lazy lol
Scheduled a same day appointment. Johnny arrived, went right to work and had my phone fixed in no time. He’s a very nice guy and we probably spent more time talking about random things then him repairing the phone. Sorry Johnny, maybe we talked too much to Alexa

This is long overdue.
Jonny’s service is quick. His rates are awesome. At my time and place of choosing, Jonny was able to schedule me in and quickly repair my cracked iPhone 6. In no time at all, Jonny was finished. Even more, Jonny warranted his work. Friendly, professional guy who knows his stuff. I would highly recommend.

Jonny was excellent! Fast, prompt and great communication throughout the entire process. My iPad mini was fixed within a day. He picked it up and delivered it after completion. Highly recommend!

Called up Jonny after my daughter shattered our iPad. She was a wreck and u thought my iPad was forever wrecked. I made the appointment and he was there at said time. Jonny said he would charge $ 100 for the repair no matter how long it took. He called me back a few days later with a fully repaired iPad.
In short it was great service because he communicated well and got the job done at stated price. Would recommend.

First off, I text Jonny to confirm his number and business. He replied back and stated, «yes, how may I help you?». Then I told him the situation and I never heard back from him. I text him the next day and asked if I was able to make an appointment? Still no response. I probably would have given this business 5 stars if he responded to me. No hard feelings, just communicate better if you are a business person. Prompt responses are essential when you are dealing with customers.

What really made the experience with Johnny beyond just a simple transaction and warranted this review was Johnny himself. As someone who tries to shop locally, avoids big box stores, and supports local businesses, I begrudgingly set up an appointment with him to fix what is ultimately a crappy situation when the screen on your phone cracks. In the end, I was left completely pleased and happy!
–Really appreciated that his pricing was transparent and readily available on his website. He was the only business I did not have to call in to inquire about the pricing.
–For the above fact alone, I probably would’ve optioned for Johnny anyway. Not only does he offer the convenience of meeting you at your home or somewhere locally you’d like, his pricing was very competitive, if not the most affordable amongst the other places I got a quote.
–Offered a convenient scheduling tool on his website. He also takes appointment by phone.
–Initially, I had set up an appointment and canceled after having second thoughts, thinking about shopping around a little bit more and even maybe just dealing with the damage until my two year contract was up sometime next year. While I was almost dead set on the latter, Johnny called me directly, leaving a voicemail just wanting to follow up and confirm if I truly did want to cancel or to see if I had any queries he could answer.
–His follow-​up is what prompted me to go ahead and reschedule. That exemplifies excellent customer service!
–Arrived promptly at the date and time scheduled. While I had my Netflix ready to chill and relax as Johnny worked his magic, I found Johnny to be a very personable and engaging person to converse with throughout the entire time.
–Repair was done quickly and the product itself resulted in my phone looking better than before!
Though I hope I never damage my phone’s screen again, if I were, I won’t hesitate to schedule an appointment with Johnny!

Excellent quick service. Johnny is great. He completed my screen change in 20 mins. Easy to schedule same day appointments, he’s mobile and will meet you anywhere. I hope that I won’t need him again anytime soon but glad to know he’s around for emergencies.

I am very amazed at how he can talk to you and repair your phone, and still does an amazing job! As for the price, I must admit it was a little more than what I have expected, but still it was VERY worth it for his skills. I don’t think you can find that elsewhere!

This young man was quick and professional. He responded to my initial inquiry quickly and made an appointment for a few days later. He arrived to the appointment on time and had my son’s iPhone 5s repaired quickly. Great job!

What you’ll notice first about Jonny is he’s both friendly and professional. Called him mid morning today, made a 2p appointment for him to come to my office and replace my shattered 6+ screen. To my delight, he was able to come earlier than expected. Had my devices repaired in about 20min. His services are the cheapest around town. You won’t go wrong with this guy =)

Filled out a form online, Johnny responded the following morning. Very professional and easy to talk to. Made an appointment for later that week and he was on time. Came to my home and fixed my iPhone 6 screen in less than 30mins. Honest, fast and reliable work. Would highly recommend.

Why go to the mall when Jonny will come to you and offer a CHEAPER price with one year warranty on his work?!! and (yes, there’s more!) I mentioned my glass screen saver saved me from having pieces everywhere… he offered to install one for a quarter of what I paid.

Great service. My iPhone 6 glass cracked and needed replacing. Went to mall and was told they had no more covers. Found ushatter online. I was met at my place, phone repaired in 20 minutes!

Jonny’s the best!
I cracked my iPhone 5s screen about two weeks ago. I initially called on Monday and left a message but he didn’t get me back (he told me he had car issues that day). I decided to try again yesterday (Friday) and he answered! I called around 11:20 and we made an appointment to meet at the Starbucks in Green Valley at 12:45. He arrived early and so did I, so he was able to finish around the time our appointment was set to begin. Super quick process! Jonny’s very sweet and we just talked about random things during the whole procedure which I think made it go by faster. I would definitely recommend his business to anyone who could use his services. Thanks again, Jonny! :)

Just want to start off by saying Johnny does an outstanding job. Called him the day I broke my iPhone to schedule my repair in which he was very professional and polite. Gave Johnny a call regarding my wife’s iPhone 5s. Johnny agrees to meet with me within 20 minutes although he had other appointments set up around that time.

Johnny (owner of uShatter) and I text the night before to arrange pick up and drop off of my iPhone 6… But not before I shopped around and called 4 other places whose prices were slightly higher than uShatter (which he assured me would most likely be the case).
We agreed to meet at my house at 7:00pm. Johnny arrived as scheduled. He told me he would be back within 1 hour and as promised, he rang my doorbell in 45 minutes. Johnny was prompt and polite, and his finished work is impeccable. I am very satisfied with my phone and the service I received.
