History

Established in 1997.

We started as a website services (website development, domain name registration and website hosting) and newsletter development company. We began providing computer repair and network support services to small businesses and residences in Solano County. In 2004, we began providing high speed Internet access to customers in Dixon, Vacaville and Winters. Wireless broadband has since become our main business focus, now providing service to Northern Solano County and Western Yolo County.

After working as a scientist for both government and industry for 15 years, I decided to start my own business… in Information Technology. Although a scientist by college degree and work experience, I was attracted to the recently launched Internet and the personal computer evolution. (This was a time of secretaries and typewriters after all).

I taught myself website programming, learned how to navigate through the web, how to register a domain name and how to make a website available over the Internet. Easy to do today; a lot of work back then. Best of all, people were paying me to help them get their business online.

We offered website development, website hosting and domain name registration all under one roof. Then, we began repairing computers and setting up computer networks in three counties. Partnering with local printer repair professionals and phone/​data cable installers, we became a one-​stop IT shop. In 2004, we added rural high-​speed Internet access to our portfolio.
