This place has the best service. As soon as you walk in, the workers greet you. Since I look lost most of the time the nice workers always ask me if they can help me find something. I wanted an insulated hot/​cold 40oz. Stainless steel water bottle. I told the young man that they had it last week when I came here and this weekend they didn’t have the water bottle on the merchandise floor. He said give me a moment as he will look in the back. Five minutes later he came back and said we don’t have it on stock and we can order on line for you. We both went to the nearest register to order it. After we were done with the transaction, he informed me that it will take two weeks for the water bottle to arrive at your home address. I thought to myself «wow that’s kind of a long time from now.»
Two days later, my water bottle came and I was stoked. This thing can keep a hot beverage hot for 8 hours and a cold beverage cold for 12 hours. Now that’s what I call great customer service. Oh I almost forgot. I brought my 20% coupon to make this purchase and the shipping was free. Everything came out to just a little over $ 25. Another great deal at BBB. I’m happy!!!

Great customer service! They’re always around and willing to help. I’ve worked in customer service and I know it’s not always peaches and cream, but they really went out of their way to help out. Today was mine and my husband’s first time here and we loved it.

When to the store this afternoon to do an exchange. At the customer service counter, had to wait for the clerk (Beverly) to finish socializing before I was acknowledge. .Was told to go get the exchange item and return. 5 minutes later, back at the counter. Beverly was still socializing with the same person. Save the booty call for after work
Store is well stocked, didn’t care for the merchandise piling in the aisles.

It has everything you need from a foot scrub to head massager and everything in between. This BBB has what you need. It’s on a nice lot with a few other nice places

The best store ever. Unique items and things you never even thought existed. Awesome selection of bedding, bathroom stuff, candles, décor and much more. Love this place.

I love this store I really do, however I found the associates to be rude. They were hardly around when we needed help with an item we couldn’t reach on the wall. As a matter at fact, we had to look around and chase for someone to help us. Secondly, with the amount of associates walking around, there was only one person working the registers… It wasn’t like there were no customers. I’m hoping that this was a one time thing especially since my husband and I like to frequent this store

I do loooove this store. The employees are always so nice, friendly, and helpful. Of course I love the products. I could make a huge wish list of things I would love to have. My only complaint is that things seem to be a bit over priced. Sometimes I find stuff I like in the store and then I shop for it online and can get it cheaper. I do a lot of Christmas shopping here every year.

A bit expensive, but the quality is good and their constant bombardment of 20% off coupons helps lessen the pain on my wallet. It’s good for a walk through even if you don’t have a specific item in mind. I compare the price (mentally factoring in that 20% off) to other stores that I’m shopping around at and wait for those coupons to magically appear.

This store is clean, well organized and I have never needed help and not received it. Those who have helped me have always been courteous and thorough.
I spend quite a bit of time in my kitchen so I like the gadgets and stuff! BBB has pretty much all of them.
This place has a great «scratch and dent» table too. Be sure to take a look, I always seem to find something good there with an aggressive markdown.
I returned something just the other day and they were courteous and accepted the return with receipt with no questions.
The reason I took a star away is this…
I get a huge blue and white cardboard postcard in my mailbox WEEKLY with a coupon on it. I usually clip it to my fridge, it expires, then I replace it. If I go on a PLANNED trip to BBB I’ll grab one.
There have been A FEW occasions where I was out and about and didn’t bring a coupon. Found something I needed in there, then told them, «I get a coupon every week. It’s on my fridge. Can I still have 20% off?»
:sigh: the answer is always NO.
BUT they say I can bring the receipt and the coupon back any time and they will adjust it so at least there’s that. (That saves them from earning Pete’s «Beat the Customer» award.)

BBB… why do you and I have such a loving relationship??? Do tell!
Love BBB, why you ask, because it is full of things I like looking at, this is like a Costco or Bevmo… I could walk around this store for hours just looking at stuff, love buying my K-​cups here, great place for home, bath, all of it… Come and enjoy the BBB goodness…

If I could give more stars I would. I bought a latte maker around 2 years ago and used it almost everyday for months until one day it stopped heating the milk. I went in with it in tow in a Target bag. I exchanged for a new one (because I wanted too, they would have given me store credit) without any hassle and they were so nice about it.
Fast forward 6 months and my husband and I decided to buy a new vacuum, but we wanted a really nice vacuum. We decided to get a dyson. I was torn on which model to get the DC40 or DC41 animal which was more expensive. We were going to buy at Costco but I knew they didn’t have the models out of the box to try out, so Bed bath and beyond came to mind. When we got there we were quickly greeted by Ezra and we asked him to plug in the vacuums to try them he did and went over the difference in the models with us. We liked them both (I liked the DC41 a little more but it was more expensive so we just got the DC40 since they were both good). We also bought a Bissell Spot –Bot that day. Both items were given a 20% off coupon (or they will price match, which ever is the better deal), so we actually got it cheaper than what we would have paid at Costco.
We brought them both home and we were happy with with the vacuum, but a couple months later when I went to use the hose part (never had to before because we have a little dust buster) we realized that the plastic part was snapped and the hose came right off. I live about 20 mins away and have 2 babies under 2 and a 7 year old so it’s hard for me to get there, especially to try and return something. So since the vacuum worked fine I didn’t really worry about it. As time went on I realized that the Spot-​Bot just wasn’t going to cut it. We got that for small stains that need a quick pick up and figured we’d just borrow my Mother in Laws upright bissell when we needed to clean the whole carpet. It ended up that we were running over to her house to borrow hers more than we were using the spot-​bot. The spot-​bot uses a lot of water for «surface stains» and didn’t cover a large area. I decided to sell the Spot-​Bot online and put that money towards a upright deep clean bissell carpet cleaner I found on costco for $ 199 plus an additional $ 40 off coupon. My husband didn’t want me spending any extra money because in his mind we could keep borrowing his moms, but to me that was a pain because we’d forget to give it back and she would call for it. I promised him that I would sell some items we no longer used so that I could get the upright.
Last night I posted on our local BESST site the spot bot (asking for $ 80), a bumbo seat and tray my baby didn’t use and some other items. I quickly got a message from a woman regarding my bumbo seat. She told me that because it was recalled for not having straps that I could return it to the store where it was purchased from for full store credit. I got it as a baby shower and it retails for about $ 50 new. I was pretty excited that I’d get much more than the $ 15 I was asking for. I remembered my friend ordered it online at bed bath and beyond so I called the store to see if they’d take it back. Yup no problem! I also asked if they’d price match costco’s bissell with the $ 40 off coupon and again they said yes! I looked online to see if they had it in my store and was so bummed they didn’t. So I looked at other ones and found one I liked more for $ 100 more, but I’d have to save up for it since I was only going to get $ 80 for the spot bot. Until it dawned on me that I could probably just return the spot bot like I did the latte maker, and with the bumbo and a 20% off coupon for the bissell I’d owe like $ 10. I got a baby sitter for the next day (today) and decided to take our broken vacuum in too to exchange for the same one. When I pulled up I was thinking no way they were gonna take all that stuff back, but when I went in, the same gentlemen Ezra who sold us the items before and asked if I needed help. So I told him about the recall and how I called them the night before and he said no problem. Then I showed him the vacuum hose and he said it was broke and I could exchange. Showed the spotbot and my reason for returning that too. No receipt or boxes and no problems!
I showed him the bissell I wanted. So while Ezra went to the back to get my items I picked out a blow dryer. He found me and told me that my vacuum was sold out but they had the more expensive one. It was on sale and I ended up getting money back from my old vacuum. In all I returned spot bot, vacuum and bumbo. I left with upgraded vacuum, upgraded carpet cleaner, shoe rack, blow dryer (retails $ 40 but used coupon) and a little package opener all for $ 38 out of my pocket!
Hubby pleased and so am I!!! Life long costumers! The best part of the experience was the customer service and how I was never made to feel embarrassed or a scammer. Thank you for having great customer service when now a days its hard to find!

Brock was able to find something for us after we looked all ver the store for it. He found it for us and gave us 15% off cause it was the display. Saving us $ 30! He did cut his arm while getting it for us though so I hope heals soon!

What an odd location. Considering most of the Bed Bath and Beyond’s closed during the recession it was very odd to find this one nestled away in Vacaville of all places. This store seems to carry lower inventory then normal stores, but there is still a great selection on pretty much anything you might need for your home.

I LOVE Bed Bath & Beyond, they have so many cool, interesting, and quality stuff! Every time I go in this store I always come out with things I really didn’t plan on buying because I never thought about it. This store is clean, somewhat packed with too many things but it’s tolerable, the aisles are tight and customer service is pleasant. Everyone that works in this store that I’ve had a conversation with has always been helpful and knowledgeable. I am a loyal fan of this store and will continue to be a customer. The only bad thing I can say is, some of their prices are a little too pricey. But getting the 20% off coupons once every few months really help. So I can’t really complain.

Pretty terrible… They really don’t have much — just a ton of crap. It’s super cluttered and messy all the time. Another thing that tips you off: the customer service line is super busy while there’s no one checking out or buying anything… wow. Anyways, they don’t carry the plastic mats for offices, yet they have some toy airplanes? We realized they charged us $ 6 more for a mug than we expected, and we went back to look and realized it was a slightly different object, but our mug did not have a sign anywhere. We brought it back to customer service, and the woman never even asked if we wanted a return, she just returned it! So did they put a sign up? No. they didn’t fix the issue or even give a care about it. Pretty horrendous if you ask me. First and last time I’ll ever go there. I’m surprised they’re still in business.

I could spend hours and hundreds of dalliers in those hours here. They always have a great selection of everything you need for the house. I just wish their prices were a little more realistic. I found my soda stream here years ago before anyone had it. If you have time check it out but defiantly have a budget set when you go in Bed bath and beyond or you might spend your whole pay check.

Such great junk here, you can easily amuse yourself for an hour. However, I have found the staff to be pretty undereducated about their products, and it can be very pricey. I love the 20% off coupons they always send out, but never remember to bring them in!

They have a large selection of items, great customer service but not a fan of their prices.
I can appreciate that they send out coupons and their associates are helpful.
