These guys went and picked up my truck from a Vacaville Dealer, I live in SF, and performed a very poffesional custom install of a Pioneer NEX. It looks like it is factory equipment

I have been going to Audio Xperts for years now. Every time I have gone in I have had great customer service. Vince is very helpful and has answered all my questions. I wouldn’t go to any other place. If you want a good system you shouldn’t be on a budget. If you want it done right, get it done right the first time. If you want good work, go check them out.

I’m a little late with my review but after my car had been stolen once and broken into repeatedly I finally decided to get an alarm for it. I called around for prices and information. Audio Xperts was not the cheapest in fact they were the most expensive of prices that I got. So why did I go with them? Because of the methodology they use in the installation. Most shops use wire tie offs or caps whatever they are called. Audio Xperts actual solder the wires into the car reducing the chance of malfunction. The owner walked me through the use of the alarm system and told me that for the life of the car I get free battery replacement on the remotes. If I ever decide to do an addon to the alarm (i.e. GPS or Text Notifications) I will go back to Audio Xperts.

These guys are great! Reading some of the negative reviews i’m just puzzled that people are trying to compare the quality of work they do here with Best Buy. The attention to detail between Audio Xperts and Best Buy are night and day.
I got a Pioneer 4200 put in and a front and rear camera in my off-​road Jeep Wrangler rig. They did a great job on the custom install to mount the cameras on my steel bumpers. I’m a firm believer of «you get what you pay for» And I’m happy I went here over Best Buy, ya I probably spent a little more but I’m not working with seasonal employees at Best Buy but pros that have been doing this for YEARS! Don’t listen to the noise, if you want quality, check out Audio Xperts.

I was looking to upgrade my stereo; I had went to Best Buy to look around and while the associate was friendly, he didn’t make me feel very confident in what I was looking for. I decided to go local and check out Audio Xperts. Everyone there was extremely friendly and helpful. My parts were ordered and in within 3 days. The backup camera was faulty and took some extra time to install, but the communication was amazing and they let me know. Overall, my new system is awesome!!! I love it.

Guess all the the reviews mislead me. The older man that assisted me seemed to blow me off because I was on a budget. He mentioned well don’t you want some real bass since that I wanted installed wasn’t an award winning set up. Then he just gave me some ridiculous quotes so I would head on my way… Seriously $ 175 just for a amp install

Brought my new truck in to upgrade the head unit and add a back up camera. Vince walked me through the setup and broke everything down for the estimate. Once I pulled the trigger to have the work done they did an excellent job putting everything together. I had them add some USB ports in the rear for the kids and the placement is perfect. I was very pleased with the professional service and knowledge of their services. I highly recommend Vince and his crew to anyone looking at doing any upgrades to car/​truck audio. Keep up the great work!

Look how many 5 star reviews you see here– there’s a reason. I’ve had Audio Xperts put systems into 2 Mustangs and a Ranger, each and every one sounds amazing. Vince and crew know their stuff.
I live in Sacramento and after buying my first ‘Stang took it into a shop for a system upgrade from the stock Mach set-​up. I wasn’t looking for anything major, just a nice bluetooth system for my wife and decent sound.
The shop I went to was supposedly reputable and listed on one of the «Sacramento Top Whatever» lists… Mistake. Big mistake. Bought a Kenwood BT deck and some kicker 6x9s, and after a day and a half of them jerking around with installation, left with a system that sounded worse than the stock one the car came with. Was going to go back the next day and raise hell, but realized– the situation isn’t going to get better, these guys are obviously hacks (as Vince pointed out their work later which validated my opinion), yes I could get my money back, but I didn’t want them anywhere near my vehicle again. So bit the bullet and let it be.
As I work in Vacaville, a few days later I came to Audio Xperts and asked Vince if he could take a look/​listen to my system, and he recognized right off the bat that there were issues. So I asked if I could pay him to re-​install everything, and he happily agreed. I came back later in the day after everything was re-​installed, and he showed me just how bad the «The Best of Sac» shop butchered my car. Speakers wired backwards, crappy connections, factory amp miswired. I was floored. When I got in after the re-​install, it sounded awesome. So awesome that I started asking questions about how to make it more awesome.
Let me be very clear here– Vince in no way tried to sell me anything or push anything on me, he just simply answered my questions. After about 30 minutes of discussion, I said «Let’s take it to the next level» and set up time to add an amp and 10″ sub.
I was torn about the decision, because it was going to run me about 3x more than I was budgeted to pay– but after install, when I got in and started the car, it was like slipping into sweats just out of the dryer, with some chocolate, next to a warm fire, on a freezing cold day. totally AHHHHHHHHHHHHH. Worth every single extra penny… Especially the sub. Man, it bumps, and it bumps cleeeeeeeean. Subtle… Deep… sounds amazing.
So much so, I came back with 2 other vehicles.
Vince is not inexpensive– but honestly, solid equipment, installed perfectly, is not an inexpensive endeavor. If you have Maybach tastes and a Pinto budget, you can’t expect that to work with any business. And if someone promises you that, run the other way. But… Vince will work with people to provide the best service, equipment and sound he can within your financial constraints.

Vince is the man. I don’t really understand anything about car stereos but Vince was able to explain many things to me. Initially I was suppose to get a new stereo, speakers and a box. I paid everything in full but come to find out I am getting another car from my parents in a year or two. I really didn’t think I should be paying this much for a car that I may sell so I changed my mind. I was able to keep the new stereo and got my refund from everything else. It is a bit on the pricey side but I can assure you get nothing but quality. Took about 6 hours for the new stereo and Vince even took me home and picked me up. I will definitely tell everyone about this place and even bring my new car here next time.

Reliable, customer centric and professional. These guys are the best. They will listen to you and help you by presenting you options based on want, price and the customers end result expectations. Scott and Vince want you to be happy from the second they meet you through your purchase and the installation and for years to come. I went in for a new system in my Camaro and wound up getting a fantastic starter system for my new Cruze as well. Although their prices are competitive (they will design a system based on your own personal need and your budget) you get what you pay for in this industry. These guys are worth every penny. They even steered me towards a head unit that was $ 600 cheaper than what I initially came in for but it had way more features and Scott knew it would fit my budget and my goals better. Not as good for the bottom line from their businesses point of view, but they earned a repeat customer. They even drove me back to Fairfield when I dropped my car off. Talk about going the extra mile. I will be back again and again. You can not go wrong with these guys.

Was just looking to upgrade my trucks factory stereo, first visit was to Best Buy, what a joke, so I jumped on Unilocal, the high ratings got me to the Audio Xperts, ended up getting way more than I was planning. Great experience so far…. Simply factory replacement turned into two Apple Car ready units, one for me and the «Wife»; lol, made Scot smile and then handed over to Vince to finalize the package deal.
Audio Xperts knocked out both vehicles ½ day each and they took their time in showing all the features and functions one on one with each of us. Great customer interface and attention to detail.

Wow visiting this place was the highlight of my day and have restored my faith in car repair shops! I went in to get my rear backup screen checked out after it had stopped working and these guys diagnosed and fixed the problem in two minutes and then refused to let me pay because they wouldn’t feel comfortable charging for such a small repair. All I can say is wow! I would recommend these guys in new York minute. Professional, honest, and straightforward. Ten out of five stars.

Audio xperts did a system for me last year in 2013 and they did a great job. There were some issues with the install but they took the time and effort to straighten them out before giving me back my car. Recently my sub and speakers were acting up so I took it back to audio xperts and they promptly fixed the problem (bad connector) They’re friendly, professional, and know what they’re doing.

Audio Xperts did a wonderful job accommodating our need for bass, as well as accommodating the restrictions of our vehicle. We thought it would be a loss cause trying to fit in the equipment without compromising the sound. However, it was not a problem at all. What I appreciate the most is the customization yet it is inconspicuous, which was very important to us. Plus, the sound was not compromised at all. This business wins awards for a reason!

Phenomenal place, excellent service. Was headed out of town to go off-​roading and my jeeps stereo went out. They squeezed me in and made sure I was squared away. Even when they could have tried to upsell me they tested everything to make sure what the true problem was. Great business!!!

I have taken 3 of my cars there because they had old stereo in them and didnt’ have blue tooth. Vince explained to the difference between each stereo that they had, was super educational about their products. Got what I needed, with great service and a great price. Slightly more $ than the rookies at Bestbuy, but you get more for your money here!

I’ve been going to Vince at Audio Xperts since 2007. Since then I have a new standard of how car audio should sound. Hands down, the best stereo shop around. The installers do clean, technical work and make sure everything is perfect before they release the car back to you. Vince has well over 30 years experience in car audio and it shows. Stop by the shop for a demo of one of his custom subwoofer enclosures and be amazed.

This is a stereo shop for grown ups. I must admit, when I walked in and heard some prices, I was intimidated.
I simply love music, so I went for it and sprung for quality. Alpine all around.
It was NOT cheap by any stretch, but as my daddy always said, «you get what you pay for». The service took about 4 days, which is a pain, but they did a great job.
I also had a viper alarm added to keep my new toys safe.
A few months later, the alarm wasn’t functioning correctly, so I took it back in. They booked me for an appt, fixed my alarm, fixed some settings on my stereo that made a huge difference in sound quality.
Without asking, Vinny updated my head unit with the latest alpine updates. Now I can hands free text with Siri.
When it was all done, I asked what the price would be? «Nothing, you’re our customer».
My dad’s wise words again, popped in my head.
If you have the money and music matters to you, this is the place for you. These guys are audio award winners and will take care of you.

I searched through Sacramento and Vacaville for a quality audio shop that could meet my needs for the Polk audio rx8 and I only found it at audio xperts. I had a budget to work with and the quality had to be show worthy and also eyepopping for a magazine layout. Audio Xperts were able to fulfill all my needs and even surprise me by the quality of work for the price paid
Definitely the only shop I will be taking all my cars to from now on.
